I've been here before, enjoyed this place then and again now. Ample parking Clean well groomed grounds. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the lobby. They wee able to accommodate my need for easy access. I'll be back.

We loved everything about this place! Location, breakfast, cleanliness, hospitality. I would stay here everytime I visit the springs. It's rare you get all of the above from one place. When we come bavlck we will stay here again.

Visiting family in Colorado Springs made it much more pleasurable and comforting knowing we had comfortable beds and a clean two bedroom suite, coupled with a wonderful staff! They accommodated our early check-in as well as a late check-out. The breakfast was good although it did not offer eggs ( only hard boiled) or meats. However the coffee was good and the property is clean and in a great location! We will definitely return! I highly recommend it!

I had a reasonable stay and had the following issues: thermostat did not work in original room, requested a quiet room in a quiet part of the building and the evening manager put revelers next door, and breakfast was continually running out of items that were not replenished in a timely way. Good location. Needs some management attention.

This hotel, situated about ten minutes from The Garden of the Gods in the northwest side of Colorado Springs, is a good base from which to access all of the town. Old Colorado, City and Manitou Springs are nearby (just go west on Garden of the Gods Road and turn left on 30th). Or jump on the 25 and go to Bijou for the quirky downtown Co. Springs vibe.
The accommodations were very comfortable with a full kitchen. Close by to a Safeway, stock up on what you need and save some money or just hibernate if you need some down time.
Service was friendly and even left a note for me after cleaning the room.
Just be aware that someone speaking in the room next door can be heard fairly well in your room.
