Ordered online. Delivered to my hotel and collected 2 days later. Set up to my exact measurements, including my choice of pedal (egg beaters), iPhone mount on the handlebars etc.
Bike looked almost brand new, a state of the art Cannondale with disc brakes. Really impressive.
All the way through communication was excellent, emails to say it was delivered, collected etc.
The only downside, they are not open on Sunday, so if your ride is on Sunday you need to pay for 2 days rental.

From the first contact to the last service was flawless. Arranging a bike for a week from Australia is tricky at the best of times. Website booking worked that well I wondered if it was a scam! Follow up terrific, bike arrived on time and in as new condition.
Couldnt recommend more highly.

My wife arranged to hire a bike for me whilst we were in San Francisco. All set up exactly as requested and delivered all as arranged flawlessly. Bike was in great condition and worked 100% would recommend highly and re use again if in the Bay Area again.

This was a great experience. The guys were helpful in finding a route for me to ride and the bike was beyond my expectations. They took care of everything, including showing me how to fold down seats in my rental car so the bike would fit. Highly recommend!

I love these guys for putting together amazing adventure tours. They do their homework on the local area and are always knowledgeable. Now I use them for all my cycling needs when in the Bay Area also. Great team and excellent service, thank you Blacksheep Adventures.
