In a personal check-in it is too complicated. It is not enough just pin code as instructed. What has to be entered to get the card does not say. Even such an impersonal reception facilities is not good. Apart fairly clean, it could have been better.

Self-check-in -hotel by the railway station. Short trip to restaurants in the centre of Kirchberg.
Negative that you have to pay extra for breakfast.
Our room was very small and dirty. I had to wash the room to be able to breathe. We had asked for an allergy free room, but this room was full of dust and dirt all over! Can not be recommended for allergic people.
Short walk to the cross country slopes, positive!
Too long way to walk to the alpine slopes. Fletcherbahn is the nearest, but you need a car to come there.
There is a slope for kids nearby the hotel, by the cross country slopes, but not recommended for advanced skiers.
People were smoking on the verandas so you had to keep the windows and the doors closed. Not optimal in the nice weather!
We met the staff every morning, but they never said hello or talked to us. Strange behaviour from the owners and the staff. We did not feel very welcome!
We will not recommend this hotel!

Hotel not. Bad but. No lift and no porteridge food good but no choices and no menu,got what was put in front of you but food was good.no communication welcome or contact with hotel owners no safety. Information in English in fact no information in English.rooms clean and warm.waitreses good but no English .Gluten free diet was catered for well.Badchoice of hotel for Shearings coach holiday.Still had good holiday even though made difficult with having to climb stairs for my husband who suffers with heart failure so will not stay attains hotel in future

One of our best experiences in Austria of last 10 years!
Never went to such a good hotel in Austria as this one.
It's charming, has a friendly, very helpfull service.
The hotel (and rooms) are very clean.
Ow and the food is very, very delicious!
It has a good location, it is located at the train station of Kirchberg and the hotel has a private parking.
There is also a room where you can put your ski's and booths.
Btw: it was very always hot in the restaurant when we went there.

Stayed at the Traublingerhof,what a fabulous hotel,great location,excellent food and lovely hosts who couldn't do enough for you.Highly recommend it to anyone.
