The hotel was average and what you get you pay for. Beds were comfortable and gave good night sleep. AC was old and so are other accessories. Breakfast choice were limited and we went out for Breakfast. Good part was sink was outside the bathroom.

The thermostat knob on the heater in the room was missing, could not adjust temperature. Complained to front desk, got Hawaiian shrug. No telephone in room either. This was a King room with refrig, but no phone, and temp was not adjustable: either full on furnace or off cold as ice at night.

Good price and nice licatio, lottle bit out of the main area but gorgeous streets to walk in the mornings. The staff was friendly, room was clean and just what we needed for a simgle night but we were disappointed that the spa was not working and wished that has been noted in our reservation process. The brrakfast was not wjat we expected eitherm we ended up with a bagel and cream cheese which was great, but nothing else really...no yogurt or fruit. We would likley try a new place next time, but would take this if npthing was available.

Room heater was broken and door had huge gap on bottom on room 116. Room was either really hot because no thermostat on heater or it was cold because if the air coming in under door. We were happy with the rest of the facility.

Dirty room with people's stuff left under bed, old French fry left on floor,cleaning people hung my oldDirty towel up, like pulling teeth to get extra coffee, staff looked like homeless people, stay away from this hole
