The hotel is very nice, room are quiet only complaint is one of the maids came into the room unannounced

Would not stay there again. Room very small, no table lamp next to the bed or electrical outlet to plug in my CPAP machine. If I had seen the room first I would not have taken it.

Perfectly adequate hotel. Very quiet and clean....had everything you needed: microwave, fridge...big bathroom and shower area. Close to highway and plenty of parking. It was good value - and reasonably priced.

I stay here every time I pass this way but I noticed this last time the walls could be re-painted and my safety lock on the door did not work!! When I followed the instructions on the face of the phone about how to use my calling card, I kept getting the front desk. The attendant told me they have North American phoning and to dial 8 or 9 before dialing the number directly, I kept getting disconnected. After about 10 minutes of frustration, I got through! You would think the Manager of Brockville Travelodge would bother to give updated instructions on the face of the phone. Wait, why bother??? Just get more people checking in getting frustrated too ! The final straw was a bug I found crawling around the bathroom in the middle of the night. Yes, it is convenient to restaurants nearby but so is the Comfort Inn with a pool right next door or the Holiday Inn Express half a block down the road. Very disappointing !
