As far as the exterior is concerned, it looks very shady in the back. No view of the street unless you park in the front (good luck) and somewhat uninviting. The building itself is decent looking but impressive and it looks a lot like every motel in movies, with machines in every room's window, which is to be expected for a low budget motel.
For the actual room, the Bed was pretty stiff, I had to adjust the cable box to get it to work with the remote, and there was an indeterminate reddish-brown stain on the front of the chair cushion in the room, but other than that the room itself wasn't bad.
The breakfast was a joke though. Nothing was hot/cold, everything was room temperature. The cereal machine was broken and shot cereal out the side, the milk was left out, the bread was left open and half stale, and the muffins were older and hard. I was starving though, so I ate what I could stomach and felt ill on the drive home.
For the price, the experience wasn't horribly bad. Just not anything to write home about.

We have stayed here before, it was close to where we wanted to be. The continental breakfast was pretty decent, the staff very nice, quiet, not problems. The bed was kind of hard, and the heat/cooling system needs to be adjusted. Through the night, it would warm up, then cool off, then warm up, back and forth, so we were throwing covers off and on all night.

Hidden charges / outdated rooms / bad area of town.
Manager never around to discuss charges, and was told he was only one who could correct them...bad overall experience.

My stay was $161 and they over charged me $572 and wouldn’t do a thing to make it right. Front desk was rude and didn’t care about the customers at all.

check in staff was excellent. super friendly and courteous. the room was as basic as it gets. called the "garden room" lol but the garden was an unkempt lawn. The bed was terrible and listening to the other guests running water or walking from one side of their rooms to the other was an unnecessary burden.
