There was garbage behind the desk which I saw when trying to find where the scratching/rattle sound was coming from. Sounded like rats chewing. Ended up being the fridge so I turned it off, sound went away

I travel to Courtenay several times a year & always stay at the Travelodge because of the great customer service, very helpful and friendly staff, The rooms suit my needs & are clean.

Very clean and fresh image. Breakfast nook was well stocked and good variety. Much improved from a previous stay. If you need pampering at a reasonable price I would recommend this place.

Excellent service at check-in by a very sweet lady, Charmaine.
Room nice and clean with complimentary breakfast next morning. Amazing waffles!
Close to anything and everything you need. Would definitley go back again.

Good value for money. Room decor looked a little tired and sad. But bed was great. Very nice about me travelling with my dog. Super customer service. Everyone at the front desk was awesome. Great location.
