Don't stay at this hotel

This hotel deserves zero circles, but I had to select at least one. From start to finish this hotel is horrible. It took us forever to figure out how to get to it. We could see it from the highway, so it was very frustrating. We finally figured it out, but our displeasure did not end there. The lobby stank of stale cigarette smoke and filth. I'm sure it's never been cleaned. The staff was nice, but the smell and grime were so overwhelming that it didn't matter. I should have walked away and never looked back. The hallway was no better than the lobby. When we got to our room the lights wouldn't turn on. They had to send a handyman up to plug them all in. Our room was an assault on our senses. We were in a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke was thick. The walls were dirty, the towels were grey and tattered, the "comforters" had cigarette burns on them. The room smelled so bad I thought I would vomit every time I inhaled. People kept knocking on our door looking for their friends in neighboring rooms all through the night. When we finally left, I could smell the room for at least an hour afterwards. It would have been better if we had just slept in the car.

This place needs a lot of work. We had to switch rooms due to the smell. They need to do a lot of updates to carpets and walls.

Not as advertised

This was not a good place to bring your family members. Did not have a pleasant time. Trying to cancel was a hassle.

a clean toilet was too much to ask for

dirty dirty dirty...vagrants and junkies....cig burn holes, carpet unswept stepping on chunky stuff, bathroom you might as well hover to pee, and cleaning the tub floor is optional to the staff if they do have any chemicals to clean with...ew

1. The front desk woman sent me to a neighboring property after adamantly informing me that there was no vacancy (despite Booking.com saying that there were many rooms available.) Upon completing my online reservation, I returned to the desk and she again confirmed that there were no rooms. When I told her about my reservations, she (after pretending there was a system error) finally gave me my room.

2. The room I stayed in was treacherously filthy: the wallpaper was falling off the wall, the linen and towels were stained, bathroom facilities NOT clean, lighting and fixtures were askew and dysfunctional. The room smelled like old cigarettes, industrial cleaner, pesticides, and something else that was 3 hrs from death.

3. Shifty people were frequenting the property day and night....I was hearing doors slam, loud voices, cars' stereos outside in the parking lot, etc.

4. The ONLY good things about this place are the decent Wi-Fi and the Asian restaurant (Shen's) that's across the street, but nothing else.

The beds are uncomfortable, sheets feel filmy, the floor and furniture are filthy (no one has run a vacuum in there...ever.) I was waiting for a random cockroach, flea, centipede, waterbug or army of ants to come marching across the carpet or the bed.

If you require a short stay, this is the place for you, but by all means DO NOT attempt to brave a full night's rest in this cesspool. You have been warned.
