Pleasant clean rooms - the bus stop is right outside very easy to navigate to get to Dublin City centre! Staff very knowledgable they recommended an excellent breakfast 50ft from the door. Would happily stay again - only criticism no hair dryer but I’m sure had I asked reception they would have found one for me!

After backpacking and boarding at hostels for a while, I treated myself to two nights here at the end of my trip. Fantastic decision, and quite affordable, relative to the cost of all other hotels available so last minute. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic bathroom and accommodations.

We stayed here in order to run the Dublin marathon on Sunday 29 October.
First problem - breakfast is outsourced to a cafe along the road which starts weekend service at 9:00am and we had to be on the start line at 8:30am.
Running a marathon on no breakfast is not recommended....
When more runners checked in, the staff did try to come up with other arrangements and they did keep us informed. One suggestion included a cafe nearer the start line but half an hour away. Luckily there is an Aldi next door an a Lidl across the road so we were able to buy in a breakfast picnic. The hotel couldn't even provide a spoon or plate so we had to buy these items too.
Even for weekend guests not running a marathon, bear in mind that by the time you've had breakfast the morning will be nearly over.
The room was ok - plus points were it was large, clean, had a decent shower, and room temperature was very controllable. Downside was almost no furniture, making it very hard to lay anything down and be organised. Also there was a weird noise like someone wheeling a case overhead from 5:30am till 6:30am.
Reception staff did try hard, which was appreciated.

A group of us came from Dubai to participate in the marathon. This hotel was in a good location for everything we needed. The ladies on the front desk could not have been any friendlier. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. Thank you ladies!

Good: amazingly hospital staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good location
Bad: There was a slight hum from fuse box, one day without hot water, the shower temp adjustment (when hot water was available) was faulty allowing for only uncomfortably hot water.
