Roaches! Roaches! Roaches!! So gross! The staff will not refund the money after 15 minutes and it takes about that long for them to start crawling!! I had one in my suitcase the morning I left!!!

Good location but bugs and mold in room. Smelly room. Late night people by room drinking and talking, woke me up and continued until 1-2am. Did not feel safe. Single woman traveling.

Room, bath and furniture were very old, tired, worn and ugly but the bed sheets were clean. Bath linens were threadbare but again clean, no fluffiness wasted here. The desk associate was very pleasant. We were price gouged at $115 for one night, now the room is $46 a night but we were evacuating from our home in Florida so we were sitting ducks!! Insult to injury?

Last resort!! We were told one price when we called and told something different when we got there. Rooms were filthy with roachs. Breakfast was lousy with 3 little children touching all the food and employees not saying anything to them. Best part was it was right off I95 but difficult to get to.

Excellent service and support during this troublesome time. Showed up at the registration counter, needing a place, and they made arrangements to put us up. Breakfast was awesome, the housekeepers and maintenance folks were friendly and supportive, and we were safe from the storm.
