Check-in of the hotel was problematic and took quite some time. In addition we were told that our Wyndham rewards membership would take too long to input into the system, when we insisted, given my husband has a different last name than mine we were told that we were not eligible for the rewards.
I would not recommend this hotel. If you are visiting San Fran there are far better hotels closer to public transit at better hotel rates on the Richmond side.

Breakfast is basically non-existent, went to coffee shop across the parking lot instead. Despite it only being about 7pm, door to hotel was locked and you had to stand in the cold and talk through a little window to the lady checking you in. Room felt like it was on an angle, shower curtain kept sliding open because of it. Actually whole building felt tilted. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it was definitely something I'd expect to be paying less for...

Convenient to local music venues. Great coffee shop across the street. Also really good Mexican taqueria joint walking distance from hotel. My home away from home when I visit San Rafael/ Mill Valley for shows nearby.

This place was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping here is excellent/they came every day and cleaned the bathroom and tub and left fresh towels-we never had to ask for anything, and we stayed four nights while visiting wineries in the surrounding areas and visiting our kids in Berkeley. The area is industrial, but not sketch, and there is an amazing coffee shop across the street owned by the guy that started Peet's/burger king within walking distance for breakfast. It is no frills, but I would stay here again and spend the big bucks in napa during the day..great location as well. Got 79 bucks per night on priceline-completely worth it...

These people are the lease professional I have worked with. I prepaid some rooms and could not stay for the whole visit. NO REFUND... WTF. Crooks taking advantage of the Santa Rosa fires. Also, very dirty, no parking and a very bad area. Breakfast was not available as the door was locked. Oh, and they enrolled me in the rewards program without asking...
