Bethany Hon 30/10/2017 22:19Checked in on Friday evening. Had a ground floor room, window was opened and there was no screen on it. (Creepy...) Left our room mid morning Saturday to go shopping. Came back at about 5pm and housekeeping had been by. Had only taken out trash, left a couple hand towels and STOLE MY FLAT IRON from the bathroom counter. I immediately went to address this with the front desk. The head housekeeper was sitting behind the desk with her and admitted to having "done" our room. I explained my flat iron was missing and my friend and I had already searched the entire room several times. Housekeeping denied any knowledge. I asked if there was a possibility if anyone else had access to our room if housekeeping had maybe propped the door open while the ran to get something. They both assured me that was against policy and wouldn't have happened. Front Desk lady said she would look into it and check the security cameras.
I came back at about 11pm. I waited by the desk for a few minutes as the front desk clerk and another employee complained loudly in the back room. When I called to get someone's attention, I asked if they had checked the footage yet. The same lady said that she "hadn't had time" as it was so busy (the lobby was currently empty) and that the head housekeeper had "cleaned" our room and "she doesn't even straighten her hair."
We left early Sunday morning with no resolution. I have called the corporate office and was sent the response that this is a franchise and they would send the information on to the "owner/operator" for them to follow up directly. Haven't heard a peep, so I called them. They stated that I have to deal with the manager of that Travelodge. I have been trying to contact them and no one will answer the phone. When the voicemail picks up it states that "this number is not accepting messages as the voicemail has not been set up. Will avoid Travelodge and Wyndham Hotels from now on.

davidgF1824JSon 25/10/2017 19:061st room strong order couldn’t even get past the door. Front desk was helpful in getting a different room. Hallway to room was very dirty and worn. 2nd room drain backed up into tub and sink drain did not drain at all. Never stay at a travellodge again!!!

E9114JGstephaniebon 25/10/2017 18:32As soon as I walked into the room, you could noticed it was dirty. Black stuff on the walls by the head board everything. I called to have house keeping come clean and so someone would bring those complimentary shampoo and they never answered thier phone. Finally they did and they said it would get clean and it's didn't. I would never recommend wasting 75 bucks for this place.

Q8325UQbobton 25/10/2017 18:31What a run down peice if property. Floors dirty walls stained with God knows what. Barking dog all night next room over. Other guests walking in hallways in nightwear. Would not recommend this place if ya have kids
