Great place for an overnight stay. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool but looked very inviting. Overall very clean. Staff were very friendly. Great having self serve laundry. One suggestion for improvement is to have the restaurant cater more to vegetarians, pescatarians and also gluten-free diets (this is pretty much the case for restaurants throughout Australia).

Cockroaches in bathroom so had to move to new room, but air con remote didn't work in that one. Then tried to use 'free' drink voucher I was given at check in, but was unable to due to ridiculously early bar closing time. I would actually have been there before it closed if not for room change, air con remote issues. Rude staff member didn't once apologise for inconvenience.

Room was dirty and smelt of human excrement. No parking available. Location was ok....near enough to everythhing, facilities were old but not too bad. TV didn't work properly..... Volume was either full or mute and channels changed randomly.

We stayed the 3rd year in a row in Travelodge Resort in Darwin, and it was fantastic as always. Rooms are spacious and clean, Swimming pools just fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly. Woolworths just across the street, a lot of restaurants easy to reach by walk. Bus stop also across the street.
Only - really very small unimportant issue - the internet. I bought for one day an internet voucher for 24 hours unlimited as I had some urgent study assignments to do. Unfortunately I then just discovered that our room was not covered by the Wifi of the hotel, so that the money was burned. But I saw that as a sign to go back to the pool and to do those assignments later at home :-)
We will for sure come back to this hotel next year

Have stayed here a few times and always find it a great place to stay - very reasonably priced also. Great pool area, family friendly with a pool side bar.
Best of all is that its in the city and easy walking distance to pubs, clubs shops and supermarket. Its our " go to " place whenever in Darwin.
