What People are saying

Lots of scum lurking around

Dave P on 18/10/2017 00:45

I stayed here for the price.

Burn holes in the bedspreads & crack addicts lurking about.

I'll spend more money next time & stay elsewhere. Management doesn't seem to care about their reputation.

BEWARE!

The staff is absolutely amazing.

, And a great value. I stay here off and on throughout the month and I am never disappointed. My room is clean and I have what I need. Had 1 issue that was promptly taken care of and apologized for. Recommend to anyone.

The horrible Phoenix Knights Inn

j1951traveler on 23/05/2017 16:32

Three of us live in Georgia but made the 3-night trip to Phoenix to be with a family member who was very ill and actually died while we were there. We didn't expect Knight's Inn reputation to provide very good service but we surely didn't expect it to be so horrible. When we arrived, we had to wait a long time in the front office (with several other people waiting to check in) for the man behind the counter to stop answering and talking on the phone. Once he finally found our reservation, he said we had not paid for it which, of course, we certainly had. He asked for another credit card number. We could tell we weren't going to get into our room without providing him another credit card so we did. My plan was to contact authorities later and straighten it out. Fortunately, we were never charged on both cards ... only the original one we used. We were there for three nights occupying two rooms. Each night when we returned to our room, the doors to both rooms were locked and our keys didn't work so we had to make that long walk back to the office to have other keys made. We made sure the originals were destroyed. On one of the nights, we returned to find one of our two rooms had been rented! The new occupants weren't there but their belongings were. We quickly put their things on the sidewalk outside the room and never answered the door when they returned. We decided to let the motel attendant deal with them. These are the motels about which one has nightmares! Each day we hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door and took our belongings with with us. We absolutely did not trust our things to be secure there. The room carpet and furnishings were old and dirty. I took and have a photo of the sofa, on which I would NEVER sit! It was nasty with stains all over it and the upholstery was ripped in several places. Because of this experience, I will NEVER stay in another Knights Inn. There seems to be a tremendous management problem.

Total crap

dreezybleezy on 19/05/2017 06:17

I tried booking a room for my sister with an employee voucher and the night audit I spoke with told me that nobody is allowed to be checked in with a voucher without the managers approval. The manager isn't there 24 hours a day, so basically what he tried telling me is that he can't check anybody in whose a Wyndham employee without the manager there. Total bull. Not happy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!

We had to switch rooms three times! THREE! The first room had a wide open leak. Upon turning on the faucet, water leaked and flooded the floor. We went to complain to the front desk and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Second room, the toilet valve broke and failed to flush. They moved us to a third room and room smelled like urine. A/C is all broken and standing on some makeshift plastic tubes. Stay at your own risk!
