Washroom issue
patriciaaH7726LKon 16/11/2017 18:10The stay was good. The location was not bad considering it was still a 15-minute drive from the event that we went to. Quite peaceful but the bed was kinda hard for our preference. Breakfast was not bad and the Room was clean, roomy and homey. It's just the "consideration" in regards to what type of room that the agent gave us during check in was kind of off. We have a 3 year old with us and normally loves bathing but wasn't able to do so, since we got a room specialized for people who have disabilities. Hence no bathing for our daughter as she HATES showers. We didn't bother asking for a room change since we have been driving the whole day and only stayed for an overnight anyway. However that washroom needs to be fixed too, it has damage on the floor and toilet paper holder is clinging to its dear life. Having studied and worked in hospitality, front desk agent definitely needed more training on being proactive or a little bit sensitive for what the customer might need and not just check in and answer questions. She was perfect in helping us know which restaurants to call for food delivery though. Which was great...

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture and decor were dated as expected
We had a Queen room with kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge and utensils --even dish soap)
Unfortunately there was no sofa. We had a desk and chair and a kitchen table and 1 chair. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. My suggestion: call the hotel if you have specific room configurations in mind.
There is no elevator and you need to use stairs to all rooms unless you enter from the back door and are on first floor.
Location was good between Trenton and Bellevile.
Nice place to stay with your dogs
261marilenaeon 01/11/2017 18:25I tried another two motels that allows you to come with your pets in Trenton area andTravel Lodge is the best by far. The room as spatious and very clean and has lots of grass behind the motel for my dogs. I will definitely book it again and also I will recommend it to all my friends who travel with their pets.
Economical, Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
E9205DNgaryson 28/10/2017 19:01Great location near the base and on the waterfront. My room wash clean, had everything I needed and was very homey. The WiFI was the fastest I have ever experienced while travelling.
great place to stay
lisabU6345EAon 24/10/2017 17:47we had a very large group staying for a wedding. The hotel was great when at 2AM we had 3 babies crying and were out of milk.. they gave us a bag of milk and we could get some sleep. Thank You for all you did to make our stay a great one!
