I was there for 2 weeks. Comfortable bed nice room. Nothing like being treated like family. Close to shopping bus and great food. One block from the boardwalk and the Atlantic ocean. Quaint town and wonderful friendly people.

As I arrived I asked about the free parking, however I did have to pay a fee of £7 in the car park opposite the B&B.
The welcome was very blunt and a sheet of paper that needed to be filled out was thrown in my face before I had managed to get my luggage throw the doors.
The room was adequate. The bathroom was nice apart from the area surrounding the window which was filthy.
I managed to make breakfast - last serving was at 8:45am - the food was adequate but was very bland. Finding clean cutlery and tea cups was a task.
Upon checking out, I had to move my car to the only free space as I had lots of kit with me I couldn't leave in the vehicle overnight. It appears they have room for one free car so I guess it's first come, first serve - bit of a bummer if you don't check in at 3pm.
The cleaner was very rude stating I shouldn't have parked without asking - although it was for a matter of 5 minutes whilst I loaded my car. I was very rushed towards the end as said cleaner had said "you best get a move on as you're already late checking out". This was at 9:50am.
Overall - the B&B was average - however the rude staff and unclean areas have definately put me off staying here again.

All up to date spacious and a very homely place, ideal for group travellers and just next to the coast with easy access to beach/promenade and round the corner from town centre. Really friendly staff and breakfast is varied but delicious

Friendly service, spotless and attractive rooms and breakfast area, good breakfast choice. Right near the sea. Peaceful ambience. No children! Filtered water, free WiFi, ironing board, heater, fan, sewing kit, hair dryer....They've thought of everything!
Parking would be a problem but he kindly gives you permits. Thoroughly recommend!!

Ideal location for the seafront, town centre and for us 12 mins to Chichester.We stayed here for 2 nights and nothing was too much trouble. Pleasant rooms with some nice little touches. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and all you can eat.
