Just Keeps Getting Better!

This hotel as I said just keeps getting better.
We have now visited approx 10 times and can’t wait to return next year.
The rooms are clean, comfortable & spacious.
The staff are attentive & very polite & helpful.
The shuttle bus into the centre of Seville is an excellent idea & our driver this year was very chatty & such a nice person - this type of employee is a credit to the hotel.
The waitresses in the restaurant were always cheerful & pleasant and the same comments for the bar staff.
This year also we noticed the addition of complimentary items in the room - this was certainly a nice touch & made you feel valued as a guest of the hotel.
See you next September TRH and thank you for a lovely stay😀

Stayed 3 nights whilst travelling Andalusia. It is out of Saville and the shuttle service by the hotel is good but restrictive. No service between 1 and 5 with a final return time of 9.15. Most Restarant's do not open until 8/ 8.30. However adopt the Spanish time and visit Seville until 2/3 pm then a long tapas lunch and catch 5.15 back to hotel. Rest, swim etc then if you want to eat later there are several places within a 5-10 minutes walk including 2 supermarkets to DIY. We did eat in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was excellent to rival any top restaurant. I will qualify the restaurant NOT the buffet. Neither my husband or I will eat in a buffet due to the standard of food. Also we travel independently so several coach loads eating together is NOT what we would want.
That said there are local buses not so restrictive that stop round the corner by the supermarket.
The room was very basic and tired and we had no view but given the proximity to the motorway junction it may have been quieter.
The lobby looked impressive but who on earth would design a hotel with many steps down without a ramp? There were disabled lifts - out of order!
To sum up / ok for money and if you are in a car a good stop over. Driving in the city is a nightmare. BUT, add a ramp to wheel heavy cases down and perhaps an extended return shuttle service by request for payment cheaper than a cab.

Not a good experience

We're on a tour and to start with, the hotel canceled our first of 3 nights stay (it could have been the tour company at fault of course). After checkin we walked down a long dark corridor (75% of the lights burned out) and entered a room that smelled foul, had a toilet that kept running and a nonfunctional refrigerator ( I have medicine that has to stay cool). We spoke with the desk several times as they weren't too responsive and finally they offered us a new room. That room smelled ok and the toilet worked but not the refrigerator. Finally they got that working.

The room is a handicapped room with a large bathroom with a roll in shower that has wooden planks on the floor, most of which were loose. Plenty of outlets but not in the right places. Fair internet.

Later We found what the hotel apparently thought was something with which to apologize -- a small cellophane wrapped muffin about 1.5 inches in diameter.

Admittedly others in the group were reasonably satisfied with their rooms but all agreed the food was dismal.

It's close to a department store but not much else and not near the old town.

If we return to Seville we won't be staying here.

Stay Away!!!!

It is far away from the city centre so you have to take a cab or go with their shuttle services that only operate until 9pm. Our room was very dusty and the sheet had stains on them, the lighting in the corridors weren't the best and at night they looked like something straight out of a horror film. The breakfast was weak.
