Never got to use it. Tried to cancel reservation but to no avail. I was charged even though I never got to use the room
I have no details because I never went to the hotel or stayed the night. It is unfortunate that I didn't get to travel to Pleasanton but sometimes things work out that way. What is even more unfortunate is that I wasn't allowed to cancel my reservation because I didn't call before noon but I didn't know I wasn't going to use the room until that evening. Then I get a call asking when I'm going to arrive because the office clerk didn't get it that I wasn't coming at all

We were visiting friends nearby, so just needed a place to rest our heads then shower before heading out. Tri-Valley Inn & Suites was our most reasonably priced option. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. The WiFi is great. The kitchenette had everything we needed (fridge, coffee maker, microwave).
As others have noted, the breakfast is minimal with no fruits or juices. The only problem we had at all in our room was that we unplugged the clock radio because it was making a sound like radio static even though the radio was not on.
We were a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews HOWEVER we saw no homeless nor hookers during our stay, neither was anyone working on vehicles in the parking lot!

Stayed here for 4 nights back in June. Small, and I mean small rooms. We didn't have room for our luggage, it was so small. Every single day, we hard to get a new card key, as ours would not work. One day, we had to return to the motel early because I was dealing with asthma, and again, our card key would not work. Got a replacement and it wouldn't work. Third time a charm? NOPE! I stood there wheezing and about to call 911 while we tried to get in time and time again. Every night, including our first night, our card key would not work and our room was all the way in the back of the facility. Talked to manager about getting a refund and going somewhere else, but they would have no part of that, so we were stuck. Kept an eye out as there were some shady characters roaming around for no reason... maybe druggies... Oh yeah, it was advertised that pets were allowed, however once we got there, they charged us $10.00 a night, per animal. What a bunch of bull. We were very glad to leave this place and will NEVER return there... Management is clueless and unhelpful, customer service by the gal up front was weak, at best.

Looks like a rent by the hour location. People working on cars in parking lot. homeless looking people in front of rooms. Rooms were ok at best but worn. The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. Don't be fooled by the price it is a $30 a night place at best.

We stayed outside of Livermore for a
VA doctor appointment. Just happened upon this place. Driving up to it I was thinking it was gonna have a chincy old way about it. Rooms are newly done and have everything you could need. I loved the flooring and the atmosphere. It was too cold for a swim but the pool was beautiful.
The only thing I would change is the ability of folks being able to park directly parallel in front of the rooms. If someone who feels the need to get in and out of their car like our neighbor did it is annoying especially when your trying to sleep.
The room was clean except for a few oily type staining on the shower curtain and some spots on the wall in the bathroom.
Lots of food, grocery stores, cvs, and a nice park very close if you want to walk around like we did. We would definitely stay again.
