We have stayed several times at Trickle Creek Lodge. The one bedroom suites are spacious and include a kitchen and living room with fireplace. The lodge is located at the base of the ski hill and has a very relaxing vibe.
The restaurant and lounge both serve dinner, and we found the food to be delicious. It is no longer franchise restaurant, and the food is of a much higher quality than previously. We enjoyed our stay very much, and had a lovely, relaxing time there.

Just stayed here for a wedding and let me just say this place is gorgeous. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a dog staying with us last minute and during the day (I was in the bridal party) Carly at the front desk took the time to call us and check in as our pup was barking. She offered to take her out until we could get back as we were off site for pictures. I felt so bad, but she provided amazing customer care and took great care of Symma! We were extremely appreciative. The rooms were clean and you can tell are well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this place to all!

This was our first visit to Kimberley. The staff is so welcoming - at the front desk, housekeeping, in the restaurant. Front desk staff helped us navigate the community. Housekeeping double checked our room was ready. The gal in the restaurant was gracious and helpful. We were here for a family wedding and every staff member remembered us and wished us well. This might not be for everyone but we appreciated the lightly scented bedding. We slept so well. We did not stay long enough to utilize all the amenities but the kitchen was so well equipped, we could easily stay for a week and have all we needed to settle in comfortably. We will definitely be back. We were lucky to be there after a lovely snowfall and there was light snow falling as well. Magical.

We have been staying at Trickle Creek for all our childrens' sporting events, and we are always thrilled to book in at the lodge. Aside from the gorgeous location, great rooms, beautiful lobby and reasonable prices, the staff is one of the best parts of the stay. I wish other hotels could come to the Trickle Creek and attend workshops on how to treat guests. We realized that there seems to be little staff turnover from year to year and that is a significant indication that the staff must feel appreciated by management and they like what they are doing. The front reception has always been gracious, helpful, and friendly which goes a very long way when we tire of bad service in general from the service industry. Thank you for treating us so well. We can't wait for the next event!

This is our third visit to Kimberley and Trickle Creek Lodge. To sum it up, "We love it there!". For our first two visits, we stayed in a studio suite which provided us with everything we needed including a kitchenette with dishwasher. On our recent stay, we were in a one bedroom suite which included a full kitchen. We found our room and all the common areas to be very clean, including the gym, laundry area and underground parkade. On the main floor is a wonderful common area with tv and fireplace and complementary coffee every morning (which is appreciated). The location is great, we've never experienced any noise, and all the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and always glad to provide help or advice if needed. It has become the "go to" destination for Blair and Terry!
