Nice hotel with lots of comfort, clean, friendly staff. Outside the city center, but reasonably close to the Taj Mahal which is very convenient. Large buffet with a wide variety of choice. Nice pool. Recommended!

We were very impressed by all the staff we met during our short stay at this hotel, of particular note was Esham, Head Chef, who at dinner let us try a lovely dish that was made to his mother's recipe. He also made us DOSA at breakfast which was very tasty. Also Ronak who met us on arrival and dealt with check in was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very good and lots of different options to try. The hotel is very nice and close to the Taj Mahal. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Agra.

We had a generous sized room with a very comfortable bed. The room and en suite were clean and well furnished. The food was good. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good location.

Ok the place is modern and doesn't have a history but the decor is tastefully done, everything seems to work and the staff are well trained and helpful. Of particular mention is the restaurant lunch waiter who, when I fainted, correctly suspected that it was dehydration and made sure I was drinking enough water (Mayank?). Also dinner waiter Roshan who was very attentive and head chef Eshan who came to talk with us and made my wife a special dosi for breakfast. There were other good people too like Ronak, Yashi, and Anil.
It's not just the service but also the food. They get tour groups here and so there is a buffet option. We normally try to avoid buffets. But this one was really good. As was the other food we had. The breakfast is great!
So, for a well run hotel in Agra, this place will fit the bill!
Fabulous hotel for visiting the Taj Mahal!

My husband and I stayed in the Trident hotel while on a group tour of India and Nepal. This beautiful hotel takes first place in my book during our travels! It is a peaceful respite for a weary traveler! The well appointed rooms are beautifully decorated, and the deluxe bathrooms include everything a tired traveler would want. The grounds around the hotel's lovely outdoor pool and gardens are manicured. Everything is immaculate both inside and outside this fabulous hotel....Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
