Trident like any other five star hotel, has excellent service, beautiful room and great food. I stayed here with my family for two days. People traveling to Kerala often starts from Kochi. So this is a beautiful halt to relax.

We (myself and my husband) went to Kochi for an official trip on October 23, 2017 and October 24, 2017, and as my husband used to stay in Trident hotels, he booked us a room in Trident for an overnight stay. The hotel was in an excellent location and we just liked it as soon as we entered the gates. It was peaceful and the hospitality of the staffs were amazing. We came across staffs in their restaurant namely Balaji, Arsh, and Nishanth, whose services have been excellent.

Tried the Spa which was an awesome experience.
Full fledged Breakfast Buffet. Rooms overlook the swimming pool. Genuine staff that want to give the best service.
High recomend this Hotel.

My Husband and I had to visit Kochi for an official purpose and decided to stay in Trident Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful ambience. we were given a free upgrade to Deluxe suite. the room, food, location, service was all excellent. Just few issues- when we drove into the hotel for the first time there was no one - not even a security - to guide us where to park or even to give us any instructions on what to do or to help with our luggage. After waiting for few seconds hoping someone would come out, i finally stepped out of the car and went to the reception and asked if anyone could help us with the parking and luggage. They said it will be done shortly. when i came out i saw the security guard getting ready at one corner of the hotel and coming out to take the luggage. I have been to many hotels including 5 stars and 4 stars and have always found hotel staff or security at the entrance to help with the luggages and to assist in car parking. after checking in we informed this to the front staff and said it would have been good if there was someone at the entrance to help us , to which they simply said there is a parking area in the entrance itself and we could do it by ourselves. we said thats ok but if there was someone to assist with the luggages it would have been better. After that the lady who had helped us to check in the room didnt give much information on whats available in the room like Wifi, where the tea/coffee making facilities are there etc(the first day i didnt even know there was a tea/coffee making facility in the room, found this under the TV stand in the room on the second day only). Again in all the hotels that i have visited all these info were given to us at the time of check in itself. In the evening , we had ordered for coffee. i had forgotten to remove the "Please do not disturb " tag from the door and did that after some 15 min. After this i called the in room dining service again asking about the coffee status since i knew they might have come in between and might have gone back seeing the Please do not disturb tag. They said they will send in soon. But again we had to wait for another approx 45 min and still no coffee. I called them again and asked and they said they came but since the tag was there they dint knock on the door and tried calling us three times to the room phone but we didnt attend. I said i didnt recieve any calls so far and i agree the tag was there and had called again after the tag was removed and they said they will send in but its been half an hr already and no one came in. They said they will send in soon. The staff who came in with the coffee apologized many times and i asked him to check whether there is any issue with the room phone since you guys mentioned that you called us three times and no one attended. He checked the phone and it was ringing perfectly. So not sure what happened actually. Anyways the coffee was too good we really didnt want to complain :).
Everything about the hotel is excellent and we had a nice stay and i was really happy wth the free upgrade that i really didnt want to complain or fuss about these minor things. But if the above were also taken care it would have been really perfect.

Stayed at Trident with a party of 11 people. We received an excellent welcome from a friendly team of staff. The staff help in every way possible to make our stay an pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful and the chef, Gautam Jana, even baked a complementary cake in honour of the christing celebration.
A totally brilliant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
