I spent 1 week with my family at Triscina Mare. The apartment are quiet new and comfortable, the beach is quite close. And with this I finished the positive things. In the apartment there was a terrible smell from sewer.Moreover the apartment was full of mosquitos. All the facilities described from the hotel are not true. The swiming pool for the baby is an inflatable one! The facilities in the sea are just 4 canoa 1 wind surf and 1 small boat. All of this are very difficult to take and the since the lifeguard ( responsable for this) is very rude and you need a write declaration every time you take one of those. During my visit I mail the property asking to fix this problem , as answer I received complain from all the crue and very tuff answer email from the property.
There are other structure near by , please do not trash your money in this place, it will be a boring holiday.

Our journey from the airport to our holiday location gave us some concerns the nearer we got. We saw so many places which were closed and boarded up. We also saw buildings in need of repair and a lot of litter. However, when we arrived at Triscinamare we discovered a lovely oasis. Beautiful gardens, stunning panorama. The sea such a beautiful colour and so clear. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The staff are all so friendly and helpful in every way possible. The food was perfect and the service too! We ate a 3 course meal every evening with wine and water and for two people to have eaten and drunk so well the bill at the end of our week was a very pleasant surprise! Extremely economical! The chef Antonio and the head waiter Nino are genuinely fantastic! Antonio asked me what kind of things my wife liked to eat and he planned the meals accordingly! The food was all extremely high quality. I say this as someone for whom fine dining is a big hobby!

We had an apartment at the Residence and we had a great stay.
Food was delicious, rooms very clean and the staff was really helpful
It is just in front of the beach
I advise this place for families and small groups of friends.

I stood with my family for a karting race in the area like many other customers in this hotel, we was completely out of summer season, too expensive for what can offer, they obliged to pay an animation, breakfast was very poorly presented and not early enough. The room was dirty, dark, smelly, the A/C is work only under strictly timetable, the wifi only work for a day, I had asked for a recalculation of the services and the staff They did not want to give the keys to my son after hard sporting day (the have my CC informations) they threatened, yelling, in front of my minor children to call the "police" really disgusting and embarrassing situation, i paid 145 euros x night under threat, I'm still waiting for a call of apology and refund of the services i can't use it.

This is a nice place, up to date, clean, centrally located hotel with amazing views of the sea. Normally I would rate such a facility as at least a 3 or 4, but not this one.
We checked in and got the explanation of the heating system and such. The next morning we awoke to a cold room. Upon enquiring we were told that if we wanted heat outside of our allotted time (8pm to 9 am) or 1-3 in the afternoon, we would have to pay 10€(Euros) per day!!! I know for a fact that electricity in Italy is no where near that expensive.
Thankfully I had booked through Hotels.com and they stood by the quote and allowed us heat at no extra charge. I have never had to think about whether heat is included in the price of a hotel or not!
This facility does say that it provides linens, but does not provide tea towels to dry dishes or anything to wash dishes with. You are given 1 roll of toilet paper.
