Location - Perfect! 1 minute walk to main train station. Facilities - No shampoo! Can you believe it? I have never been to any hotel in my life that doesn't provide a bottle of shampoo, at least. Staff - This was my most regret about the place. I checked in the day earlier and discussed with a staff on getting to Port Nice to catch my boat to Saint Tropez the next day. He explained how to use the tram and marked the location nicely on the map. The next day as I was about to leave the hotel, another guy at the reception told me something contradicting to his colleague statement. He said it's impossible to take the tram as I will be walking to far from the nearest station and accused his colleague marked the location wrongly on the map. He put in a new location, which was wrong by the way, made me lost and almost missed my boat ride. I arrived exactly about 1 minute before the ride and they did not want to let me in until I have to beg. The staff at the hotel shouldn't have given me a wrong information. Be knowledgeable and careful when given an information to a guest.

I never regret to booked this hotel, the staff were very friendly and approachable. The hotel it self was clean our room was always clean and tidy every time we go back to the hotel. The hotel is the centre for everything you can walk for all the places/ landmarks, restaurant and the train station. Definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.....

Arrived to check in receptionist helpful and friendly thins looked good until openin room door honestly the smallest room ive ever stayed in a so called double impossible to sit at desk as bed to close had to move the one bedside cabinet to make room bedside liht didnt work so to read had to have main light on room very hot when arrived and smelt of smoke no contoller for air conditioning (had to go to reception to get it) so rooms obviouseley not checked no glasses in bathroom tiletries two small bars of soap internet very weak and intermittant and last bot least after climbing onto the bed to try open shutters discovered an wall in a back alley as our view so if you intend stayin here avoid room 216 and the standard price on the door for this room would be 72 euros ridiculous

Stayed at this hotel as a family of four for four nights and found it extremley comfortable plenty of room in the quadruple room even when all in there, room was cleaned daily with towels replenished daily also. decent sized bathroom and good shower room. The hotel is situated in easy walking distance of train, bus and tram stops. We didnt eat breakfast here but that was through choice and nothing to do with the hotel as we wanted to experience the french cafe experience which again where in short walking distance from the hotel. The only downsides was the area as groups of males tend to hang around the area socialising which can be off putting but they never bothered us or gave us any trouble, and secondly we where woke up three out of the four mornings with busses tooting their horns relentlessly outside because they could not get around the corner ( even though they had plenty of room) again though not the hotels fault. Would use again if visiting nice.

Was here last week with my son, for 4 night stay, it was basic but very clean, nice wee shower room, Continental breakfast included in price. Only minor down sides, couldn't get English sub-titles on the T.V. and lighting in room wasn't great for reading at night , but I would recommend it to others as it is near the main Railway station the Airport bus stop, and the Hop on Hop off tour bus.
