I know I shouldn't expect too much with that price. It's just vnd1,500,000/room
But I hope it will be better in next year after upgraded.
We were not lucky because they are reparing right now.
No spa, no water sports, less staffs (but the boy who works in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful) plus point just because of him.
The pool is kind of small but clean.
Breakfast was so terrible with alot of flies around.

First impression is the warm welcome of receptionists. We did not have booking in advance. But we decided to stay there because of the great attitude from staff.
The resort is right at the beach and it seems the cleanliness beach in Long Hai area. The room is nice but aircon and piping system need to be improved.
Great attitude from reception men to security guards, technician as well as pool attendant. They are very warm, friendly and attentively.
Good rate. Will comeback!

Avoid this place at all costs. Just returned from two nights. It is nowhere near any other amenities as such you have to eat in their restaurant. Food is okay. Didn't swim in the pool as it looked cloudy and dirty, picture of the pool on this website was the reason for choosing this place, very disappointing. Over priced for what you get and should only be a two star. Rooms clean and gardens very nice. Rubbish all over the roads and air filled with stench of dead fish. Taxi from ferry to this hotel cost 500,000 dong, took 35 mins in taxii each way. Once there you can't go anywhere because there are no taxis, no motorbikes to hire only push bikes and then nothing to see anyway. Beach nice but overall hotel very run down.

On booking, I was assured that it was a "pay when you stay" deal so I gave my credit card details with the full intention of paying in cash on arrival. The hotel deducted the first night from my credit card account just before I arrived.
OK the bungalows are very nice, so is the pool but the beach is filthy. The food and service are truly awful. If you stay here, it is a long trek to acceptable meals. We discovered much better places up the road.

I stayed here with my husband, baby and father in law. I must warn you that this is not a positive review. I usually don't write bad reviews but our stay here was so bad that I just had to let other know. First of all it says that it's a four star resort..... Don't believe it! When we arrived our room was full of little insects. That evening we had dinner at the resort because there are no restaurants in the neighbourhood. The food was horrible. My father in law and I had fish... Which was very dry and really not tasty at all. The portions were also terrible small. The next morning at breakfast there was not buffet or what so ever you could order food of a menu but most of the things were not available. The bread was old and hard and dry and when we mentions it to the restaurant manager he took the bread and said sorry.... Then we saw him take the same bread he just took off the table and but it in the toaster and bring it back to us telling us that is was fresh! Then we asked if they had any meens of transportation since the nearest restaurants are way to far away and we really didn't want to eat here any more. They told us they had a shuttle bus but that we had to pay 800 000 VND for 3 hours if we wanted then to bring us any where (this is even more expensive ten a taxi) and you would expect a 4 star place to have some kind of shuttle bus service especially if your kitchen is terrible and you can't offer your guests anything else to eat! When we asked to talk to a manager they told us they didn't have one and that they didn't really know who was on duty. They had a tennis court where their own staff played on and we even saw the maids sleeping in the rooms they had just "cleaned" on the clean sheets. It really did look like no one was running the place. Also all the facilities are old and not well maintained. I am sure that when it was new it must have been nice. But now it is run down and the service is terrible. I can't believe they even dare to call it four stars. If we could have gotten our money back we would have left as soon as they told us that they couldn't help us with our complaints and that they had no boss or manager in charge.
