This was nothing special. Our room was clean, but had a mirror across the entire back wall that was deco painted and unattractive. No minibar or fridge in the room. The safe wasn't operable. However, the staff were pleasant. Parking underground cost 10Euros per day.

Good location for a walk into the city center and it's many sights and good bars and restaurants. The hotel has very good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would stay here again

We were really very pleased with our 3 night stay. We had a large room on the top floor with a large balcony and airconditioning which worked very well - thankfully! All the staff were extremely helpful at reception and in the cafe bar where you have to go for a very pleasant and reasonable tea or coffee because there is no kettle in the room, just a mini bar. Breakfast was extensive with a good range of fresh fruit, juices, eggs meats, breads and cereals overlooking the terraced garden. The hotel is well located and quiet with two frequent buses into the old town ( it was too hot to walk 30+ C and quite a long way). The hotel is next to a huge Carrefour supermarket open 7 days, with some restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel which enabled us to really explore the outstanding Roman ruins at Merida. Highly recommend.

Hotel is new. Everything is clean and neat. Next to shopping center and McDonald and other restaurants. Center to Merida where attractions are roughly 1 mile. It was bit far to walk to attractions. Hotel is new and has friendly staff. We ate dinner at hotel and was reasonably priced.

Lovely spacious rooms but a small table and chairs are needed on the balcony as it would be very pleasant to sit outside when possible to eat and have a drink.
Overall this is an excellent hotel which is always a pleasure to visit.
