Modern hotel
Rakesh Son 29/09/2017 08:51A modern hotel situated in industrial area away from city, but with all amenities needed for comfortable stay including a swimming pool. There is only one small eatery nearby. However you can order food and taxi through the reception. The staff is courteous, breakfast is good.
Functional for Business
Robert Ron 06/09/2017 15:38I stayed for business as it was close to the plant, there is not much around close by if you wanted to stay here for other reasons. Clean, safe and tidy.
WiFi could be better and parking can be a problem, and we had to travel for food as the restaurant is only for breakfast, but otherwise no complaints.
The worst food I have ever seen at the hotel!
Joanna Won 22/07/2017 19:33I can't complain on the room, it was clean and quite OK. Only mattress was almost as hard as a stone and there was no fridge. But the food was horrible. I ate there only breakfasts. They were serving rotten food!!! One day I saw mould on the cheesecake. The same cheesecake has been served next day! I also saw moulded tomatoes and fruits which starts to ferment. This is not acceptable!
Good hotel but at Industrial area
JSS71on 04/07/2017 10:47Just spent one night at hotel TRYP Valencia that is just at industrial area surrounded by factories and about 20 km outskirt of the city. We all 42 people landed there about 7.30 in evening our rooms were ready just checked in took some rest and then tried for dinner. We were informed that you can place your order with local supply chin with the help of reception and.it would be delivered soon. But to our utter disappointment we were told no vegetarian food. That too Indian food that we were promised. Choice was only pizza. It was compensated with nice morning breakfast that was though not very good but just sufficent. Place is well built two story building with rooms in a row. Nice big lobby and cafee. Though stayed for short duration but that was sufficient to find it as a ok or good hotel. They have nice swimming pool too.
Strictly for business
nb17-londonon 20/09/2016 10:35My wife booked this hotel for a Friday night for us and ur 4yr old son before we moved onto our main holiday location on the Saturday. We struggled to find availability in Valencia and saw this was a largely businessy hotel, but it had a pool and we knew we wouldn't be staying for more than one night.
We struggled to find the hotel a little which is next to the Ford factory in Valencia. It didn't start well as we checked in and asked what time they served dinner. We were told the restaurant didn't serve food at weekends (despite the fact that this was a Friday), but we could order room service from 7.30 - annoying but we could work round this.
We went to the pool which was a good temperature and not too busy with lots of children, rather oddly though, there are no loungers or chairs around the pool at all. We then went out to the nearby supermarket in the town to pick up some supplies and eventually found our way back to the hotel.
We put our son to bed and ordered some room service which turned out to be a mistake. What they actually mean is, they phone to the local takeaway for you, so it didn't arrive for 90mins, by which time we were tired and wanted to go to bed, despite being hungry.
In the morning, breakfast is basic and nothing special, but it's frustrating there's not much there and state of the restaurant with the tables not always properly cleaned between sittings isn't great either.
If you have low expectations (and we did), then you'll be ok, but don't be fooled that this is up to normal hotel standards as it just isn't. We were meant to stay here again for our return flight, but couldn't face it and found an alternative in Valencia instead.
