Compact room but has everything you need, is comfortable and clean with en-suite. Good location and complimentary drink was welcome. Very welcoming and helpful staff who were keen to keep me as a customer.

Much as I love a spacious, luxurious hotel room, it's pretty unnecessary when I'm travelling on business, out all day and only needing somewhere to sleep and shower.
So I was really impressed at how Point A managed to create a comfortable, quiet, compact room in a tiny space, but with everything I needed for a good night's sleep. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfortable. The design is very clever.
The staff, particularly Gisella and Lorraine, were very friendly and helpful.
There are plenty places nearby for a good breakfast and there's a complimentary tea or coffee included every day.
No frills but who needs frills?

We were visiting London for the ATP Finals event in the O2 and this hotel worked out perfectly. Great location, very close to Canary Wharf tube station (only 1 stop on the Jubilee Line to the O2). The room was small but had everything we needed for a short stay (good bed, TV etc). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Perfectly simple. Second time at the hotel, brilliant both times. Love the concept.
Room was nice and clean. Double room quite spacious considering it is a compact hotel proposition. Brilliantly situation for Canary Wharf and for a business traveller.

The staff are great and check in quick. No kitchen available, but there is a Wetherspoon 2Min walk. It's a small, cozy room and it does it job if your not staying long. Very Clean and had no issues. It's a great location if your in the Canary and Dockland area
