Good service, good hotel, good nights sleep. It functioned as I wanted the service to - check in, go to bed, wake up, have a shower, check out. Its not a fancy place, it is functional, clean and with nice helpful staff.

This hotel was booked as a gift. My daughter paid £135 for 1 night.
I have stayed in Premier Inn hubs for half that and they are 200% better.
The bed was a 3/4 bed. Not wide enough for 2 adults.
I am 5”8” and my feet were pressed against the wall at the end of the bed. The bathroom was clean but equally tiny. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
Not in the best neighbourhood either.
This is without doubt the worst hotel I have stayed in in London.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible two nights of sleep due to my room being positioned next to a cleaners access door which was noisily opened and closed from 5am onwards each morning. This was a shame as the hotel is generally clean, staff are friendly and it is in a good location.

Very friendly staff, Clean room and bathroom just very small. I personally did not get a good night sleep the walls are thin and so depending who you get in room next door can be very noisy. I was on the 5th floor but still could hear street noise, sirens, people walking past. A different experience. don't think I will be coming back. In the picture I am standing at the door entering the room, you see what I mean.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and modern room that is the most effective use of space I have ever seen, excellent! Will definitely stay here again. Really well located for everything, including decent bars and restaurants.
