The 30 years of service that it has rendered is evident in its look; maybe that is what makes it look and feel so comfortable. There are orchid flower arrangements at the reception, which is quite pleasant. The windows here are circular with a couch like seating attached to it. A television, chargeable mini bar, cupboard and phones complete the room amenities. The bathroom is compact with a shower cubicle and hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower cap and hair dryer as amenities. Deluxe rooms are bigger in size with the same amenities. However, this category of room has a cupboard and open cabinet with the mini bar fixed inside it. There is a partition wall in between the door and rest of the room to maintain privacy. The floors are done in granite and sparkle in cleanliness and the windows have blinds to keep away the sunlight. Both the above category of rooms has Wi Fi connectivity, hot and cold water supply, laundry and room service.

Well, to keep it short, the room smelled as if it was under a lock down. While there was hardly any place in the room for the price I paid, the cushions/couch foam had stains, and so did the curtains. In total, there were only 2 plug points - which means one really needs to plan gadgets and charging. The washroom had a hair dryer which could possibly have belonged to one of the first batches of hair dryers produced. Add to that drilling on top of my head from 9am - 6pm!! To end it, breakfast area lacked space, variety in menu and even a basic egg station! Never going back or recommending this place.

Stayed here again for a week on a business trip. The one thing that amazes me about Mumbai - is the king size hearts of its people.
Seeing some of the reviews, I was not very comfortable before I reached the place.
However , the moment I stepped in, I felt the warmth. The front office team is excellent.
The rooms are not great owing to the fact that its a 10-15 year old property. Lot of the fine details can be taken care of. Like rusted handles and paint chipping off the walls etc. Apart from the small issues, the rooms serve the purpose.
The rooms are big, no traffic sounds, 24 hr hot water, complimentary beverages and snacks etc.
The biggest advantage is also the veg restaurant on d outside of the hotel that serves classic veg food
The negatives are only 2 things.
1. Need to improve the breakfast spread
2. Need to change the toiletries

I stayed twice in Aug (3 days and 2 days) at this hotel, mainly since the program I was attending was in this location.
The rooms are small and have basic stuff most of which does not work. The water kettle was broken with steam burning my hands, TV remotes don't work, ACs can't be adjusted. Services staff try but can't do much - terrible place to stay....

Worst place and very bad management. Customers were furious and shouting. Never stay. They just wanna loot. Very bad service. No heed to complains by customers. Advice to never ever use them. Booked through MakeMyTrip. Lost 4200 rs

I stayed at the hotel for two from 18th feb to 20th feb. 2017 Initially i had checked in for one night but later decided to extend my stay for one more night. The duration of the stay was comfortable and service was good. While checking out, i paid using my card. Even though money was deducted from my account, the hotel staff told me that the same has not been credited to the hotel account. Mr. Nidesh Shetty on the front desk assured me that the money will be credited to my account, as it is recurrening problem and will be sorted out by the bank automatically. He personally assured me that if there is any problem, he will look into it and get it sorted.I was asked to pay again, and so i did. Later when i checked my bank account, my account had been charged twice. I contacted the hotel and specifially asked for Mr. Nidesh Shetty, he assured me that the problem has been refferred to the accounts department and the money will be credited to my account. It has been more than four months, and even after numerous calls, my money has not been credited to my account. Promises of call back from accounts departments also turned out to be false. While going through the reviews, i realised that another guest has faced the same problem and with the same person, Mr. Nidesh Shetty. So my recommendation, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE MAKING PAYMENTS AND MAKE PAYMENTS IN CADH, IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY DIFFICULTIES....
