Do not stay here. Although on the plus side the hotel was clean, nice structure, it is lacking management and many details. First, the access is a dirt road, from Calasetta 7 minutes. You must definitely have a car. The photos are deceiving. It looks much nicer on the pictures. The hotel recently changed management. The overview is very nice rural structure that surelly was once a success. This place could easily be run as an "Agriturismo". It would work perfectly if so. The hotel has a beautiful enormous dining room, were a very poor breakfast is run, consisting of coffee, buns and juice. That's it. Sardinia and its surrounding are extremely well known for their excellent food and it is also very affordable. Would it kill that if you came to a place in the wilderness like this they would at least have a decent breakfast buffet? Also the internet is a joke, only accessible at the front desk. The cleanliness was ok. The rooms have a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The bathrooms need an upgrade. The Hotel has no restaurant, so you must definitely have a car to go out and grab something to eat. Staff was very kind and helpful in giving directions and suggestions for touring around.

I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful break. It is clean and the staff are efficient. The beds are very comfortable. It would be nice if the breakfast was more varied, unless you love cheese and ham every day!
But overall I would be happy to recommend here! Enjoy!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind in the sunshine.
Tupei Resort fitted the bill completely.
Although only a three star resort the whole experience was 5 star.
There were a number of points which let the place down slightly,
Although the room was great, the air conditioning was pretty inefficient and defrosted itself if left on for any great length of time. Also the toilet tended to drip during the night. Neither of these caused any great stress as we just switched off the a/c and flushed the toilet. On the plus side we could get Wifi whilst sitting on the swinging seat just outside the room.
Breakfast was interesting, if you don't like ham and cheese rolls oryoghurt with croissant for each of the seven mornings then you may have a problem.
The Hotel could have had a more varied breakfast menu for the longer term guests and perhaps the addition of some fresh fruit.
On the positive side, the staff, although small in number, were all extremely helpful and friendly. From the reception to the breakfast staff to the ladies who cleaned our rooms daily and the gardener / poolman.
It was such a quiet relaxed place there were more than enough sun beds around the beautiful clean pool that it didn't matter what time of day you decided to lie in the brilliant, hot Sardinian sunshine there was a number of beds to choose from.
A car is a definite must as the resort is not close to any amenities and although there was a bar in the hotel, there are no facilities to provide evening meals ( maybe a ideafor the future - management note).
Both Calasetta and Saint Antiocco are an easy 10 minute drive away for eating / shopping.
All in all a great location to explore the wonderful beaches and attractions along the Southern coast of this beautiful, welcoming Island.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet. Room 19 is the one to go for, not withstanding its quirks.

This is the 3rd year in a row. The hotel is beautiful. Feels like a big white ranch in a very green area. Not far from the beaches. Rooms are spacious. Family rooms have a separate room for the parents !
Staff is so nice we consider them as friends. It s a no brainer if you want a relaxing holiday without loud music or people and the pool for yourself !

Perfect resort, quiet, beautiful, great location not far from the beaches and the archeological sites, great local food and crystal clear swimming pool. Welcoming and very helpful staff. I loved it !!!
