We were there only one quick night. Our room in the Magnolia building was beautiful and overlooked the golf course.
We had a glass of wine at the adult pool bar and our waiter Jean E. was so kind and professional. He took the time to tell us the history of the property and the new vision. He obviously loves his hotel.
Dinner at Bourbon Steak was a wonderful experience. We loved our waiter and followed him from the bar to the dining room. Everything was perfect!
I look forward to coming back when the construction project is over. A little. More clarity on what and when things are open would have been appreciated. The service overrode the irritation for me.

FABULOUS every step of the way, superb service, lovely decor, bathtub was too larger to fill with water, beautiful bathroom, great views, nice quiet pool, they have two this is the smaller one, great restaurants, patio, bedding all wonderful ! AMAZING SPA

I just went to this hotel for the very first time, I went for business however I took my family with me, it’s a great hotel, great service, great location, it’s a really good option if you have to travel to Miami.

This hotel/resort was the best experience my family could have ever imagined. We often stay at expensive and beautiful resorts but this one takes the cake by far! The manager, Robson was amazing. He helped us out with everything, even when we wanted to upgrade our room. The facility is amazing: clean, modern, lovely. The service wonderful and top notch. The two pool areas -- one better than the next. We will never forget this amazing experience and will certainly come back!!

Stayed here week of October 22nd and honestly cannot say one negative thing. From the second we arrived to the second we left we were treated by a friendly, knowledgeable and high level professional staff. Would like to point out a few names.....Eddie (Valet) was so nice that we actually felt like we were talking to a friend after just a few minutes. Mario, Alexa and Rachel (Concierge) were friendly and accommodating with anything we asked. Finally, in Corsair restaurant where we had breakfast every day we met some wonderful people. We had 3 servers over our week stay. Amanda, Thomas and Sarah who were so great providing 5 star service and spoke with us like we were their friends. Also the two omelette chefs (didn't get their names) were fantastic as well. I pointed out names of the staff we dealt with the most but ALL staff we came in contact with were 5 star. I highly recommend this Hotel.
