We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a long tour around Kerala. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, The hotel's lush green surroundings felt almost magical, after our long and tiring flight from the UK. The location is excellent, just a few minutes drive from the airport. We could not ask for more during our stay, In addition, we did have a small drama, that unfolded after we had checked out, but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the hotel's exceptional management and staff. We had forgotten our passports, money and phones locked in the room safe and only remembered about them after we had been on the road for about and hour and half, towards our next destination. Our tour guide kindly contacted the hotel who did all possible to help. We were very fortunate to experience the efficiency they handled the situation with, It was all done in the most professional manner, of which many western hotels would be envious of. Our valuables were returned to us within 24 hours via a courier and at the least possible inconvenience to us. We are extremely grateful to all who helped with what could have been a rather stressful situation. We cannot thank them enough, We felt valued and cared for.

We stayed in this hotel for a night during the second week of August 2017. Our stay experience has been excellent.
Location : Though this hotel is a bit away from the city centre, it is very close to Trivandrum Airport (about a kilometre) and the famous Shanghumugham beach (walking distance).Ideal for guests planning to take late night or early morning flights. Also recommended for guests wanting to stay in quite environs, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Ambience : Excellent ambience. The location can be said to be idyllic. They have taken care to preserve the flora around the hotel property. Well landscaped gardens and swimming pool area. Tranquil environment all around.
Hotel Interior and Exterior : The hotel entrance as well as exteriors have a heritage look. The overall look of the hotel was pleasing.
Rooms and facilities: The rooms were quite large sized and have spacious balconies offering excellent view. The bathrooms were also fair –sized, very clean and provided with necessary toiletries. Lighting arrangement in room and bathroom was found to be very good. Bed linen and bath towels were quite clean.
The pool was found very clean and well maintained.
The hotel also have a well equipped gym and spa.
Food quality: Buffet dinner and breakfast had fairly good spread. Overall food quality was found very good.
Service quality: The hotel personnel were very courteous and service oriented. The front office personnel were pleasing in their interaction with the guests. Service standards at the restaurant was also satisfactory.
Tariffs: Room tariffs were found quite reasonable, considering the facilities offered by the hotel. Food at restaurant was also fairly priced.We got good value for each rupee spent in this hotel.
Overall, I consider this hotel as a hidden gem, located in the tranquil environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet easily accessible to airport and other places of interest in Trivandrum.
Will love to return to this hotel.

Must stay at this place if you are a couple who is looking for some nice beaches around n the food here is very delicious.The hotel staff is very friendly and polite.Very close to the airport and well maintained swimming pool.

Very close to the Trivamdrum city popular beach and International Air Port has all the rwquried facilities and services a traveler look far.The hospitality is well taken care and it is a nice place to stay and enjoy.

Stayed in uday suites during our visit inTvm, its simple and awesome, warm welcoming staff and homely fell atmospher, all are doing wonderfull service especialy should mention mr. Cibin mani the housekeeping supervisor, rooms are clean and tiedy. We would like to visit again
