As the price, the hotel is. Its good if you are looking for a budget hotel a the centre of city. Recommended stay for a couple of days, but not suggested for a long stay. Its easily accessible though and staff are pretty good.

I have stayed in this hotel for two days and it was fine and no issues with hotel management. Rooms are neatly maintained and provided fresh blanket and towels. All facilities have provided and food is good.

UG grand is worst hotel in Bangalore ever have seen
Staff behavior is unprofessional , staff don't know how to deal with customer
Room condition is worst and even water not available in bathroom and also drinking water & towel not provided by hotel staff even after asking.
When I complaint regarding all these problems then hotel staff replied as " hmare pass guest ki kami nhi h "

Very poor hotel.
Rats in room.
Dirty bedsheets..
AC functional but not effective.
TV present but doesnt work.
Falling paint.
Only advantage is 2 minutes walk from bus stop.
The receptionist was rude.
Entirely confused with a set of IDs that did not resemble local IDs.
Didnt even provide bill.

Budget hotel near Majestic for all purpose visit.
This hotel is situated near the heart of the city.
No Restaurent
Rooms are small, congested but clean.
Hot water is available only in the morning hours.
