I stayed here for a business trip in Cherkasy. The hotel is located about 5 km from the city, and is tucked away in the woods. Depending on which building you are in, and what side will determine how quiet it is. My room looks out to the roadway, and is a little noisy if the window is open. However, if the window is shut it is very quiet. The beds are a little firmer than I generally like, but the bathroom is decent sized, and they refresh the room daily with new towels if you like. The attached restaurant is nice, but the breakfast is a little wanting.
Overall it was a good place, at a decent price and I would stay here again if I come back.

I love this hotel. I spent about a week in this wonderful hotel in December 2016, and it was a very nice time. I loved the wood area surrounding the hotel and the snow. Very quite place. Very good breakfast every morning. The staff were great people, especially the front desk people, I love them all, all of them were friendly and very polite, they told me many things about the wonderful history and culture of Ukraine. The manager was a very polite lady, and a great person. After I left this hotel, I traveled to Istanbul, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Granada and Dubai, but I didn't feel wonderful time in these cities' hotels similar to Ukraina Hotel. Definitely, I will visit the very beautiful city of Cherkasy, and definitely I will stay in this wonderful hotel again, that I love it so much.

Pretty nice hotel outside the city. Less expensive that nearby Selena. There is bowling inside. Will not recommend at winter time, but at summer could be nice option if you like quite forest area for your stay.

I was staying there for 4 days. It was a business trip and we organise a conference there. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with all the question.
Very good location. It takes you a few minutes to drive to Dnipro riverbank with a spectacular view.

I travel to Ukraine on occasion for business and normally stay at the Optima in the City Centre which is basic but cheap and more than suffiant.
Here however the room was very expensive (for Cherkasy) and I really did not enjoy the experience. I was impressed initally on check in, it was very pretty and lovely, however my room was on the 3rd floor - no lift - and the key was very old fashion and didn't work well in the lock. The bathroom was tiny and very tattered almost to the point where it looked unclean. The room was basic, smallest telly ever, horrible sofa, and again everything looked dirty.
The bed was up a set of what some may call stairs, I think its more like a ladder, and there were no plug sockets up there so I could not charge my phone or anything through the evening. There was a large window with no curtains so the light was annoying in the morning.
The breakfast was frankly terrible. No real choice - and I was not sure it smelled right.
Just overall a really poor experience, would not stay here again and for the cost I was sorely dissapointed.
