Obnoxious Manager
katrina470 on 21/11/2017 16:10
The manager of the hotel (who is barely ever available) is atrociously rude and had no manners on the phone at all. They denied having received our booking meaning we had to pay for the room again and when contacted to discuss the matter, the manager was not available and ignored my email. When I eventually got in contact with him he would not discuss the matter put me on speaker and ignored me, then proceed to tell me there was guests at the reception. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.
Pay a little more and stay elsewhere

We were in the area for a wedding and booked the rooms as needed somewhere cheap. We paid £120 for 2 nights and to be fair once we booked in - a mile down the road at another hotel they did offer us a voucher for a free breakfast. However, the Ullet Suites themselves are in a rough area only enough parking for 3 cars and the building itself is in a terrible state of repair. Our room had a window which had a broken frame and let a gale blow through and you could hear all the traffic noise all night - its a fairly busy road outside. On the plus side its a big room, we did have a fridge, decent shower room. Negatives bed was on a castors so moved across the room during the night and was filthy underneath. TV reception was awful and electrics very dodgy. Never again.
Footie weekend

It is that bad here I thought it was a joke. Firstly you have to check in at another hotel down the street, they give you a code not a key to go back to the 'suites' with, which feels so unsafe as there are no staff at all in the building. Smart that they don't advertise the outside as no one would go it is litteraly a derelict house. No exaggeration! Single glazing so it so noisy, the room was filthy and I mean filthy. Mould on the walls, dirty cups, rug filthy and the furniture old and shabby. The telly ariel was snapped (looked chewed) so no tv. Cracks covered the ceiling and dust everywhere to the point it was going black. Advertised a mini fridge and there was none. Litteraly so dirty the only thing that was clean was the sheets thank God. It feels so unsafe here due to flimsy doors, location and state of the building. I spoke to the staff at their other building about it all but no solution. Please stay clear.
Stay well clear, trust me

My God, it's awful. How on earth they are selling this place to guests is beyond me.
Only 2 car parking spaces. You have to park in local streets and they are not the best!
No security just a code to enter the building and your room. How often do they change this code?
Mould on the walls in rooms and the electrics are shocking, everything plugged into a cheap extension lead.
Next door to a squat house full of Green smoking characters.
Horrible place for the price! An old run down house. STAY CLEAR
