This is a fantastic Place. Walking distance to Lagos most popular beach, but a bit from the old Town with all the restaurants. You can walk but it takes about 20-23 minutes. The rooms are very different and also the atmosphere, we liked it. Breakfast is served just outside your room during summer.
Fantastic stay. Awesome garden

We stayed for 8 nights at Uma Casa a Beira Sol in one of the 3-people apartments. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Nice outdoor area. The garden is absolutely amazing and relaxing. The swimming pool is great (sadly it was too cold to swim). The staff are lovely. The hotel is very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and still very close to town (an easy 20 minute walk); a very good location. We loved it
Wonderful and relaxing stay

A big "Thank you" to the Team of Uma Casa. We had a pleasant welcome, a wonderful appartement and just a great stay. All the small details in style and atmosphere make this place to something special. There are many places to discover near by.
We will definetely come back!
Idyllic place to stay and beautifully decorated room(s)

We staid for 4 nights at Lagos in Uma Casa a Beira Sol (studio). The place is easy to find and close to many beaches. Fairly easy to leave any direction from the accommodation by foot, bike or car (if you can find a parking spot). Very friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. They even gave us bikes to use instead of renting those somewhere.
The studio where we staid was nicely decorated, set up beautifully and gave really nice welcome feeling with bottle of wine waiting for us. In generally peaceful place to stay. Sun shines to the yard as well where you also have a pool. Sun chairs ain't that many available by the pool.
Studio was cleaned up every day which we didn't actually except and the bed was always so nicely made for us.
Earlier had been commented the noises coming thru from other rooms and studios, yes, that is correct. As I mentioned the place to be peaceful, as it is, but walls are quite audible and if other guests are having a party, laughing or discussing loud, it's best to join them instead of trying to sleep :P
Wi-fi had fairly poor range and the actual internet connection kept dropping time to time while being really slow when working. I'd recommend to make improvements on this.
Couple unpractical things to note of which we mentioned before our leave:
There are no hooks anywhere; you can leave a towel(s) on small ladders inside the studio, or hanging on some corner to dry up, but for i.e. next to sink you dont have good spot to leave the hand-towel where it would dry up or without dropping water all over the floor when trying to pick the towel from the ladder. Toilette doors could use a handle inside to be able to close the doors.
Restaurant advices we received were also excellent; none disappointed. Out of mass-touristics places, cosy, good food and friendly service. Some of the places are quite small, so best to book a table before heading out.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied to the place, its location and loved the staff - thank you very much :)
Charming, romantic, unique stay

As soon as you walk through the gates, you've entered a mini paradise with beautiful lush landscape. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The room was decorated with sheer curtains, giving a very romantic feel.
The breakfast was great- very fresh and tasty. I only could've asked for a slightly larger portion for a 2 person breakfast. (e.g. Our scrambled eggs portion appeared to be less than 2 eggs for both of us to share, and the amount of yogurt served appeared to be about 6 ounces-again to share).
The staff was incredibly friendly and communicated great leading up to arrival, during the stay, and after checking out when we left something in the room. They were also very helpful with recommendations and information on the area.
There were only 4 parking spaces outside of the entrance gate, which we never found to be available during our stay. It would've been helpful to have a parking spot for the check in process and carrying our luggage to the room. There is a parking lot available to guests around the corner though, which isn't too far for everyday use.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend Uma Casa a Beira Sol for anyone traveling through Lagos looking for a unique, romantic stay.
