Had an excellent and comfortable stay at the resort. The safari's were arranged by the hotel staff itself and were successful :)
Rooms : - Clean..
Food : - Good.. Specially sweets (Gulab Jamun) :)
Service :- Best..Superb hospitality.
There is a Pool which was neat & clean.. best for summer heat.
This is one of the best place for bird lovers .. there r many birds within the premises of resort..
We were 12ppl .. stayed from 25th to 27th May. were lucky to spot tigress collar wali with cubs & Male tiger BMW, 2 leopard , 9 jackals, many birds .. and many more ..

The double Room was really good. Location is very nice as its closely located form the main gate of the tiger reserve from MP side.
I would rate the service of the staff 5/5 . Superb hospitality and personal care . amazingly fresh food.Pool was exteremely clean. The only lacunae was the poolside equipments.

This property flattered to deceive.
While the rooms are average, the food & service at their dining hall is excellent. The interiors are just about ok & the bathroom functional.
The personnel at their Reception desk are rude to say the least. Although I do not expect wi-fi connections in any resort located around jungles, internet connection at the reception desk is the bare minimum requirement. This property does not have internet connection for guests. Those who like to get online to either for web check-in of flights or checking Railway timings, beware, the staff simply refuses usage of their computer.
It isn't value for money considering the fact that there are many better options available at Pench.

I just loved the place, its very cost effective, not too much pricy on food part too and the food is good too, the rooms are really good. the best part of the resort is the gallery view which i just loved, its a really nice resort and a must visit

The Hotel is near to the Turia gate where you can go for jungle safari. The rooms are well lit and ambience is good. The rooms have split AC's installed and LCD with DTH connection. The bath rooms have bath tub with hot & cold water facility. Near to bathroom you have small room where u can keep your luggages rather than occuping space near your bed etc. Outside the main door you can sit on the chairs to relax. It has good garden around it. Play area for badminton. Also place for campfire for large groups.
The hotel staff is very good and very co-operative.
The restaurant has limited number of items this place is far from the city, but food quality is good.
