What People are saying

Absolutely Not!!!!!

Please see the pictures that I took yesterday. I would not ever stay there again. I was charged 100 bucks per night. Saw on a website twenty bucks cheaper after I checked in. Carpet is Gross. Tv hummed so loud that I could not hear. No coffee for the coffee maker. Breakfast was completely non-existent. No bugs, which surprised me. Staff was courteous, but please know what you will experience. Do not Ever Stay Here. EVER!

GROSS!!!

We stayed there for ONE night on Oct 7th after the BAMA / A&M game. How bad could it be for just 1 night right? WRONG!
This is one of those places where you don't want to sit on the toilet, lay in the bed or leave your vehicle unattended in the parking lot!!
It's dirty, infested with roaches & shady people lurking around at all hours!!!
Drive farther or pay more but do not stay at this dump!!!

Needs to be condemned before diseases or spread

ROACHES in everything! The nasty GERMAN ROACHES!!! Found them alive inside the microwave, icebox, ice bucket, behind the bed, on the walls, in the bathtub...EVERYWHERE, not to mention the one that crawled across my arm while trying to sleep. Calling the health department! A FREE night cost too much! Cancel any reservation you may have here or DO NOT make one. HORRIBLE!!! One star is speaking to highly of this place.

The worse ever

I booked this thru expedia.com, thought I was reserving the LaQuinta Inn which is shown with the reservation, upon arriving here, I find a roach infested facility, the staff was very uncooperative with the reservations, would not cancel my reservation for their error (expedia that is). There are no words to describe this, it would take a lifetime. The borders around the beds and behind the chairs were totally torn, roaches in the refrigeration, molded towels, critters in the bathtub, The Kitchen are with dead roaches in the corners and not to mention under the tables, mold on the ceilings, chairs molded. Totally disgusting. I would recommend that the Board of Health shut this place down forever. There are no words. To give a rating would be -10. As for the pool area that they offer, broken chairs all over, the yard and parking lot filled with trash. Close this place down, take it off of expedia.com.

Roaches and Horrible Desk Staff

sblackerbyon 22/04/2017 16:34

Last night I checked in to my hotel room to find a partially ripped off, smoke detector hanging off the wall. The new detector was placed about two feet beside it with clear tape taping it to the wall. To my utter disgust I saw multiple baby roaches crawling on the fridge and microwave. I immediately checked out without refund. About 40 mins later I realized I had left my jacket and the male front desk worker said he would check the room for it. When I came to get it he repeatedly told me he looked everywhere for the jacket, listing off everything except for the bed which was where I left it. He said he saw the sheets pulled back in a tone that showed confusion. I told him that I pulled them back to check for more roaches. He once again reiterated multiple times that he looked everywhere. I once again told him exactly where it was. He told me he was not going to back and that he had locked it with a master key and said "apparently you called Expedia or something and reported roaches so now we have to lock the room....etc... It's two am and I'm not going back there you're just going to have to come back in the morning with the manager. " as if I were the inconvenience. Every time he was done with a statement he would put his wireless headphones back and and would yank them out angrily when I started speaking again. I left incredibly frustrated know that he was going to do absolutely nothing. I came back the next moment and explained to the manager about the roaches and even showed him a picture and his response was "it is an outside hotel, it happens", that there was nothing he could do about it. I've lived in a roach infested house before and I'm sorry but several baby roaches don't just "come in". A wood roach would, but not several baby roaches. He then continued by giving out private information showing me when the room was rented out. He then proceeded to grab and hold my hand which only made me mad because I did not want to be comforted by a random stranger, especially being a 19 year old girl. I told him with growing frustration that I didn't want to see who checked in and when they checked in, that I just wanted my jacket back. I told him exactly what I told the man last night and the housekeeper retrieved my jacket. It was by the worst fail I have ever seen in customer service and the most disgusting hotel experience I had ever had. I will make sure the better business bureau knows.
