I visited this hotel for a weekend with a large group. You could see that the rooms were recently upgraded and I appreciated that. The lobby was lovely and the restaurant had great food. My main issue was the service. There was only one functioning extremely small elevator. I am not sure how long it has been like this but we took the stairs all the time to allow the elderly to take the elevator. I was also hearing a lot of "No s" Which is not really what service is about. Can I get water... No... Do you have tea... No... Have you seen the group... No. The NO s were coming from those are the front desk and the serving staff... Every request or inquiry was a No. The staff seemed bothered by the group that took their hard earned cash and spent it at this facility.
Beyond that, the views were awesome. I would visit the beach again but not this hotel.

Our company visited for a conference. It was nice, great views, good food and the smores on the beach were fun. Not five stars because the front desk folks were not too helpful but overall, great place.

The location must’ve been our favorite part, being on the beach and a 5 minute Uber to The Old Fishermans Wharf was ideal. The views in the lobby were amazing. Our room was facing the parking lot and we heard the ocean and traffic all night. The room was clean, just a little stuffy and dark. Not as bright and airy as I’m used to with the other affiliated hotels such as the Dream Inn. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

A bit expensive for the value. Rooms are very dark. Need more lighting. Was supposed to have top floor room, didn't get that. Didn't want room cleaned first day. Left DND sign on door, took it off the second day, got back late afternoon and room hadn't been cleaned. Disappointed a bit.

I come here every couple of months during the off-season for a night to get away. Love this place. The view is beautiful and I love getting to lay in my room and listen to the ocean all night. Staff is always friendly and immediate to respond to any issues. The food at the restaurant is always good and the view while you eat is awesome. Easy access to the beach that is perfect for long walks. Definitely recommend this place.
