Excellent service! Impressed by the staff and they really went out of their way to accomodate my desire to shine my shoes myself, providing the material I needed but offered of course to do it for me.

The experience was really amazing!
All small details are well planned and organized which makes it easy and relaxing experience. Breakfast and spa are amazing! I would definitely revoke d it for a visit.

It is THE best stay in Gothenburg. However the staff in the Upper house bar was somehow not attending me. It took forever bto place an order for drinks and then I had to wait forever to get them. I felt not welcome there at all.

We wanted to treat ourselves to something special for our wedding and indulging we did!. There is no comparison to the Upper House: from the first hello at reception to all the comforts and treats of the room to the lavish bathroom and stunning views of Gothenburg, to...everything, you are reminded you are spoiled.
The spa deserves a standing ovation and more because it is pretty life-changing: one of a kind experience that makes it hard to leave! The pools, saunas, relaxation rooms, etc - all were incredible; plus I had a massage that raised the bar for all future massages: simply the best.

On top of Gothia Tower you have this great hotel whit SPA. The service is excellent and you have a la carte menu for breakfast.
We had the gourmet package which includes tasting menu at the Upper House Dining, and of course including SPA.
It's amazing to have a bath hanging outside the hotel.
