Hotel is beat. We stayed here for a conference at Hyatt which was fully booked. This was within walking distance. It looks like it is in business until somebody comes along to knock it down to take advantage of valuable land. The workers are nice and treat the space and the guests and the facility with the same attention and courtesy of a much nicer hotel. Door hard to lock. Daylight on side and bottom.
The exterior is attractive and has mostly open to outside hallways. One small elevator. Luggage carts sat outside and had seen (much) better days. This is very close to airport. From the sidewalk and exterior halls, takeoffs and landings are right in view.
The mattress and pillows are lumpy. The room is dark. There was a little desk in our room was missing a pull. The chairs at the table looked like they came from a garage sales. Brown carpet that looks like it was selected to hide dirt and thus always looks dirty whether or not it is. The sink is not in the bathroom, which is awkward for mother and adult son sharing a room.
Nice fridge, microwave, desk chair and TV in room. Computer or two down in breakfast area, but we didn’t use them. Bathroom was decent. Noise from airplanes and neighbors masked by white noise machine we brought.
Free morning breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and crisp bacon was what I had, and was delicious. There were a number of other choices: oatmeal, waffles, cut fruit, and whole apples and bananas. Fruit juice machine. BUT: there were only 2 small round tables and only 5 chairs, Total. One morning I sat on dirty brown plaid sofa in adjoining lobby to eat. They would be wise to annex and remove wall to adjacent hotel room. This type of airport location, business travelers, would be suited to sit at tables tpwith breakfast and coffee and read ipad news. I didn’t see any trays for taking food back to room. Good breakfast. Poor seating.

Older, but really clean. Restaurant right next door, and others very close by. Big comfortabl bed. I went straight to sleep and slept all night. Hot buffet breakfast with lots of choice, and free airport shuttle included in price. Shuttle drivers friendly and very helpful. Beautiful water views with runway across the bay. Evening views are spectacular. Request a side or waterfront room to avoid traffic noise.
Beautiful to sit outside to enjoy breakfast.
Only negative would be that shower pressure is a bit light.

I just stayed on this hotel for a quick stop. My experience was great with the staff, very nice. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast was included on the rate. Very convenience if you rent a car in SFO airport, is just 5 min drive. Good solution for a quick stay

This room was icky! The door jam to the bathroom and the actual shower were dirty with a moldy substance. Daylight showed under the front door and we will never stay there again! Awful! Represented by travel advisor as a reasonable, inexpensive hotel close to the airport. Shuttle service was ok and staff was disinterested. We left before breakfast.

Easy place to stay near the airport with free shuttle. Reasonable price, hot breakfast, comfortable room. We were only there after a late flight before picking up a car to head out of the city. If you there to see San Francisco I would stay in the city.
