Notis and his mother Maria are the real deal! They welcome you with smiles and great Greek hospitality that instantly puts you in the right mood for relaxing. The environment is lovely. Antiques fill the hotel. Gardens, and sublime tranquillity make this place another rare respite on the island.
Notis is well-traveled; He's funny and very smart. He helps you with anything, and you'll surely get in his good books if you like jazz.

It's the perfect location in the most relaxing of towns, just far enough from the beach to be ready to jump right in when you get there and with fresh delicious food within a few hundred meters in either direction out the door. The balcony was overlooking the garden and a bit further away the sea.... I very much recommend this island, I very much recommend Vagia, and I very much recommend staying with Notis and his family while you're there.

What a beautiful treasure, the view of the ocean and the forest. Great hiking and ancient site near by. Gracious and lovely family, very accommodating and felt like a home. Maria is a sweetheart of a mom with experience in pies, cakes and marmalade! Notis is a star of a host with great taste in music if you like jazz! I highly recommend. Authentic and amazing! The hotel is the start of so many hiking trails!

Notis place is the loveliest and cutest b&b I've ever been to. Notis is eager to help and when i arrived after my 15km Walk from Aegina Port he would sat me down for Dinner so i could relax and enjoy the food:) Breakfast is Not included as an airbnb however you get a great breakfast for 8.5 euros. The room was clean and had its own balcony which is Great for relaxing. Everything on the breakfast table were homemade, even the jams! Cakes pies all made with love and care.
Vagia is a secluded place from where you can reach the ancient temple or an orthodox church. Beaches are nearby. If you are looking for a place for contemplating, relaxing, sunbathing, hiking and enjoying the island, Vagia is the Right place for you :)

Friendly host, can't do enough to help you. Breakfast fabulous. Meals all home made and delicious. Took teenage daughter who can't live with weak wifi - host moved her to room with better signal. Happy daughter - happy holiday for parents.
