This place is cheap and clean. But be aware the rooms are VERY tight. They're designed for you to go to the bathroom & then go to bed. The rooms are so small, the beds take up so much space, that it's a squeeze for two adults to walk past each other.
Also - the air conditioner didn't work properly. It was still warm in the room.
That said - location is excellent. Right in the middle of town.

Had 4 nights here and it was perfect for a budget traveller that wants some extra comfort and privacy.
Very handy to be able to use the facilities next door (kitchen, pool and bar).
Room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy and had always hot water in the shower.
Fridge and air conditioning were a good thing to have as it was HOT haha.
Location is perfect, right in the middle of action but we had no trouble with noise. Our room was facing the car park, which helped I bet.
Would recommend and come again :)

Bathroom light didn't work, and TV also. Both repaired after requested, doesn't say much for the cleaners. Very noisey until all hours. Some warning would have been nice. Don't forget anything in your room. You will never see it again !!

Standard living for basic price - lots of noise and very little room service even clean sheets I had to ask for. Paid for. Breakfast and was given a bowl with a box of muesli in it that cost $8 a day so cancelled that for an extra night as my family were staying up the road.

We stayed here before and after our tour to the Kakadu. The first room we got, the whole bathroom had black mould patches everywhere. It was disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower even after running for 10 mins. The pillows had a horrible odour as did the room and aircon unit. We requested a quiet room upon booking months in advance but were given a room facing the main strip and all the pubs and bars that blast loud band music til 2-3am every night. Our second room was cleaner but still faced the strip and it was impossible to sleep well. We didn't bother complaining as all the staff we encountered didn't seem to care and were not friendly at all - polite maybe, but not customer service orientated. This place is a low quality backpacker hostel at best. Stay at your own risk.
