I had gone with my friends to this hotel after reading its reviews & tariff. We were celebrating one of our friends birthday in the hotel room, while using the sprayer during celebration we got to know the shop from where we bought it in Delhi had given us Holi colour without our knowledge. And as per plan we used it and unfortunately it left 3-4 small spots on the hotel room wall. These spots were not so big that they were meant to attract attention from us or even hotel staff. The next day as per the plan we left the keys with reception for housekeeping but when we came back in the evening we were surprised to see the colour spots spread across the room on the chair, pillow covers, bed sheets & on the wall. These were not present when we left the hotel rooms in the morning. Then the hotel staff came & handed over us a bill of Rs. 12500/- for repairing and cleaning. Then we got sure that this was a mischievous act by the hotel staff to extort money from us. We were shocked by this incident and negotiated a lot but they were adamant. However we came to a conclusion where we had to ourselves clean the bed sheets, pillow covers & call a local painter and pay him to clean the walls which we had not even ruined.
It was a horrible & pathetic experience by a hotel situated in a city like Udaipur which is claimed to be a hub for tourism & it’s warmth.

Booked this hotel and they had already sold my room to someone else, then they booked me a different hotel which is right outside which is a 1 star hotel. Worst service i have ever seen. I wonder how these people get away by doing all this. To all the travellers traveling to udaipur. Please dont book this hotel

I reached early in the morning but the people at the hotel gave us a room to stay. Complimentary breakfast was quite varied and we loved the food. Was quite delighted to see the toiletries in the washroom. Overall a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families.

room quality was good wherein services are very poor food served which was uncooked for both of the days same was informed to Mr. Upadhyay hotel incharge but found bit of lathargic approach seems like there doing any kind of favour

Great service. Staff was good, polite and helpful.. Food was awesome.. Rooms were clean and spacious.. Great Experience.. I liked the restaurant too.. Quantity and quality of food was nice.. Location of hotel is good.. Looking forward to visit again..
