Average room with 3 start rating. Good for economical budget trips. Room size are convenient and suited for family and groups. One good thing is nearer to town. Poor value for money, can get other good options of hotels near by
Most unhygienic dirty and a hovel like hotel with a bunch of duds

we were two families that were booked in this hotel from dates 19th Oct to 22nd oct.We had booked the top categories of room.First day when we arrived we it was late,so we had no choice but to compromise. The room had a AC at 25 degrees and i was hot. There was no remote. On contacting the reception they said that the temp cant be changed and live with it.Fan had no regulator. So you cant increase the speed of the fan incase if you are feeling hot due to AC.Followed by this was the shower which just had the pipe in the name of the shower but there was no spray from which the water falls. Then there were cockroaches,Rats and cobwebs all around. We came for holiday but no to see all this.
Even the cheapest hotels will atleast be clean and not this.
Then they gave us only two blankets.Even though we paid for extra bed they said pls manage in this -we don't have extra blankets?what is this ?a joke?
Then we ordered for dinner-we had ordered chines food and amongst it prawns was one of the items. The prawns was stale and had gone bad.We called the cook who accepted this.It does not end here
When we went for breakfast next day there was only two items-Poha and bread Jam.
Poha was again stale and had gone bad, apart from us there were other GUJRATI families who started telling them to remove the stale band poha but they did not remove. One of them feel sick as they had already eaten 3-4 spoons.
On asking them to provide butter with the Bread they said that Butter is not available in Post blair.Imagine.I told them that the Poha is bad and the Bread Jam I cant eat as I have high sugar problem, but he just shrugged and went away from there.
We had pre-booked the hotel and paid the money before hand so we had to live there .NEver never go there. This hotel should close .I am attaching pictures for reference
Also pls note there is no LIFT IN THE HOTEL.YOU WILL HAVE TO CLIMB STAIR EVEN IF YOU ARE A SR CITIZEN.
Below average rooms

We stayed here for 2 nights. Travelled with family. The hotel is below average with tiny rooms and old furniture. Even the complimentary breakfast they provide is not that great. Not a value for money for sure. Altough the location is good, between the city.
Not the best but not the poor

Average hotel. I never stayed in other hotels in port blair. Think its a cheap hotel compared to other hotel. Complimentary bf perfect as the name says.only 3 item. but puri and upma is freshly prepared. For tea we need to ask them. Food in the hotel is cheap compared to nearby hotel but good it will take at least 20min to prepare. Rooms were neat (mine) but tiny only space for a double bed but ok. For bathrooms little bit of cleanliness is needed.u get hot water i used till 2am. Ac is old window type works fine.No lift since it is old building. No kettle to make coffee .
Poor maintenance/poor hospitality

We stayed here for one night and would never opt for this hotel neither I will recommend anyone. Hotel check in was written as 8AM. We reached at 10 am still our room was not ready. we had to wait for 25 minutes to get our room ready. When we entered into the room the AC was not turned ON and it was one hot day in Port blair. Anyways we opted for having breakfast which was complementary with our package. But the breakfast was not good anyways. We asked for simple things like omlet and some bread toast which should be available at any hotel. But it was not available. So we did not have any breakfast there and left outside to have it. the whole time there was no power. so we just stayed outside until the afternoon. But there was no power either so AC was turned off. At night only we had AC turned on and thats also for sometimes. Hotel hospitality should be improved and they should be more flexible to serve their guests properly
