Prior to arrival I needed to contact Venice on The Beach to confirm some details as I booked through a third party website. Their communication was excellent prior to my arrival and they were able to answer every question I had.
I arrived early and although my room wasn't available Amy was really lovely and helpful and assured us that she would ensure it was one of the first to be fixed up as we had arrived. Amy was able to advise on food places, things to do and transport, she was smily and warm which gave this small hotel personality.
We came back when our room was ready and found we had one of the front rooms which overlooked the beach.
The room wasn't big but it had everything we needed. There were even two pairs of sealed earplugs provided incase outside noise was too much! (which it wasn't).
Just a walk out the front door took us to the beach where we could watch the sunset.
Staff don't stay overnight however the security guard who was working was really helpful when we had to leave early in the morning and ensured our key was handed in safely and offered to help with luggage.
Obviously some rooms wont have the beach views and some nights may be noisy - however the hotel did what it could to accommodate and if you want anything specific then it wont hurt to ask in advance.
A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location I only wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to return again in the future.

A boutique hotel in the European tradition with great breach access. Amy made us very welcome, attended to our every need and had great recommendations for dinner. Watched the sunset while sipping peppermint tea on roof deck. Excellent value. Definitely worth a return visit..

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful prior to the date and then continued to be so during my Grandson’s stay. This area was perfect for a young couple in their 20’s. They loved the hotel so much they gave up going to a theme park to pay to extend their stay by an extra night. Thanks to the staff for making Grandma look good!!

This small hotel is actually quite lovely! You're not going to get your 5⭐️ hotel bits & services however you are literally sitting right on Venice beach and surprisingly it was actually very quiet.... I slept so well here.
Watching the sunset was truly amazing and there is a terrace outside that anyone in the hotel can use which is nice to sit and relax in the sun.
The beds were nice and the room though they were small they were clean and very cosy.
Value for money you're not going to get better! The staff were very welcoming and kind. I really would stay again no hesitation!

Had half a day to spare and wanted to stay at this hotel with ocean view.
Staff is very friendly and willing to assist you with all you need. Room is very nice and white. Smell of the ocean is there and is very nice.
You can have bigger rooms, but not at this location. Breakfast was ok. Top floor terrace very nice. Just a good experience, Glad I did this.
