Stayed with the annex of this hotel for 1 night on 8Nov17. I reserved a twin bed room and the room is very large in the standard of Japan hotes. I especially like its big toilet and bathroom area. It has 2 sinks and the bathroom has shower area and a tub for bathing. Though my room does not have seaview, it has a city view with the Ferris wheel and is very beautiful in the evening. I did not go to the indoor bathing pool and so no comment on it. The location of this hotel is very convenience for dining and shopping. I also surprise at the free car parking provided by the hotel! Don't forget to pick an ice lolly at the reception!

Good Location hotel for shopping and lots of Restaurants.
Hotel is basic with a very small lobby area. Taking a taxi is rather easy or the hotel staff can call for a taxi for guest.
Breakfast is very good with a good selection ( not only Japanese food but continental too ) The hotel have a top floor Osen over looking the sea
Great location, pool and public bath

Stayed here with my family for one night and everyone of us regretted that we should have stayed longer.
The hotel was right beside the beach and the center of the American Village crowds. Just 5 minutes of walk from the hotel, there were an AEON mall, plenty options of restaurants (from Thai to Mexican) and souvenir shops.
On top of the hotel annex building, there was a pool, overlooking both the sea and city view. Swimming in the super clean water was so comfortable.
Last but not least, the public bath. It also overlooks the sea. Besides the regular hot water pool, there were also a sauna and a hibiscus herbal pool.
We really loved the hotel. My family and I would definitely consider coming back.

Chose this hotel because of its positive reviews and turns out we made a right choice!
A very convenient location - The hotel itself is just next to the American village, where restaurants and some shops are open till late (in Japan standard). Even though our flight was delayed due to the bad weather, we were able to sit down at a Okinawa family style food restaurant to have dinner. Also, the hotel is only like 15 mins away from the AEON Rycom shopping mall, which is great place to walk around under the poor weather. And, the Sunset Beach is just right next to the hotel and you can see it from the room.
Spacious room and nice view - 4 beds in one room still fine with us (all girls). The view from the room is superb both at night and day, overloooking the beach and the big ferris wheel.
Adequate facilities - Nice hotel restaurant offering breakfast buffet until 10am. Lawson is down there anytime. Public bath is available until 1am. (although nothing special about it)
Helpful staff - The hotel's staff are always welcoming and willing to help, e.g. when we could not find a parking space, when we wanted to call a local facilities to check...
Thank you so much and I would definitely return!
Probably The Most Iconic Hotel In Chatan

You won't miss the place. The hotel sticks out as soon as you enter the Mihana area. We stayed here for 7 nights. Convenience is how I would mostly describe the place. Sunset Beach, The American Village with AEON Mall, Araha Beach, All the Tour Meeting Places for The rest of the major attractions in Okinawa are just steps away from the hotel. They also offer breakfast with a pretty good spread or you can head out to a gazillion of food places in the American Village. There's also a pool on the top floor of the annex for a fee and the view is spectacular. There's a Lawson's (a convenience store) on the side of the hotel for midnight snacks or necessities). The hotel also offers free popsicles and juices between certain hours from 2:00pm. There's a coin laundry room on the 10th floor of the main building and you can relax on a massage chair and have a drink from the vending machines. What can we say? Amenities are great and the customer service is superb. They were able to help us book some tours and even call a cab. The premises is also a stop for Naha Airport Bus. Schedules are posted on the elevators and brochures inside your room, read them as they are handy. It was a busy time when we were there. There's always a herd of people whatever time and day at the counter but the staff were very efficient and quick. We had a partial view of the ocean from our room and we didn't really mind as it was comfortable. Bed is great and we loved the foldable pillows. Also, forewarning to those who loves their remote, TV Channels including CNN and BBC are in Japanese. I'd say ditch the TV, take a dip on the pool, swim in the Ocean, walk the beach or explore the maze like environment of American Village. Thank You Vessel Hotel. We will be back sometime again.
