Convenient location, close to the beach (enough to cross the street) about 50m. Two large supermarkets within 150m walking distance from the building. Bed in the bedroom very comfortable, but the sofa in the livingroom after unfolding had the major drop to the center of the bed - definitely need replacement - but generally not bad, we have left the bedroom for kids and me and my hubby stayed at the sofa which is ok if you are fit enough to hold on to the egde at the beginning or like to sleep in spoon position with your partner ;-). Full equipment at the apartment(f.eg. cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, hair dryer, kettle, dishes and cutlery. No staff at the reception but you can contact them via email or phone. Very helpful staff - especially Adrian (was speaking really good English), responded quickly to my inquiries and email requests before our arrival - very professionally. You can rent a car through Victoria Car Rentals (no need to have a credit card, though then you pay a little more for insurance), it turns out that this car rental company and the Victoria Beach and Spa Apartments is somehow connected so booking the car with them you get parking at the Victoria Apartments garage for free. No problems with renting, very helpful staff - they coming to pick you up form the airport and giving you a lift to car rental company for free as well - hard to find pick up point at the airport so make sure you study the map well or just print it out Nice concierge - older man at the venue doesn't seem to speak great English but enough to understand. Main inconvenience for us was that the steam room, Finnish sauna and swimming pool only operate until 7p.m. at least in April. Spa is clean. No skin problems after swimming in the pool (even in children) even though the water seemed to be heavily chlorinated. Our stay and experience with the apartments are very good, the weather in mid-April as well. Not too cold - short sleeves during the day but you need jumper and longer trousers at the early morning and evening. On the beach mainly older people and families with children - not crowded. Beautiful surroundings, worth to rent a car and do some short trips to see several nearby place although the Calpe itself is charming. It's hard to find a building and entrance to a building for the first time. We arrived at night and twice drove past it before we found the entrance. No sign or something with the name of the hotel/apartments.
Definitely recommend and will be back one day after high season.

It was clean and look like a fairly new construction (compare to the some buildings that look like they were built in the early 70's). I could not complain about the location, price, or our view from our patio. Overall it was equipped nicely especially the washer and dryer outside the patio which came in handy with small kids. The fridge was leaking water but it was fixed. The main issues were poorly lit (or nothing at all) hallways or staircases. If you decide to pay extra and use their garage better bring a flashlight it is pitch black! Poor lighting is a safety issue. I had to leave early before dawn and I had to use my cell phone flashlight to find my way to my car. Also, if you decide to book this place be aware that the use of the air conditioning unit is extra.

This is the second time we have come here. it a well placed apartment block.
Overall its good for family and couples, its very near the beach. Some small, points, the pool is only open for short time in the morning an afternoon.
We have paid for the car park which is under ground, please be careful, if you have a low Car, like mine, it catches the underfloor each time.
There is noise from the beach cleaning people from about 04:00 which is not so good.
we are here for four weeks, was a little disappointed that we get clear towels every week just drop outside the door, no in flat clearing offered.
But these are really small points! Overall good value and really handy to the beach
Internet, is not really that good, that really needs to be speeded up! max speed it 5Mbits, but that is shared with 20+ other apartments

We stayed here for ten nights in May and were impressed by the apartment and building being so close to the beach. Very clean, very spacious and a very nice place to stay, loads of free parking out on the roadside or you can book parking if you prefer.
We didn't get time to use the spa/indoor pool facilities, but the beach and Med are only a few steps away. A nice large balcony which gets sunshine through the morning too, perfect for breakfast! The kitchen is well equipped although not a lot of work surface so we moved the microwave off the worktop while we were there which helped a bit. The beds were hard but comfortable, the pillows however were quite "flat" (we got one of the spare blankets from the wardrobe and used that underneath which worked perfectly). Good internet connection too as the apartments have their own router.
You are renting an apartment so there's no reception staff on (although there is a maintenance man around through the day) or daily cleaning (you do it yourself, there are plenty of supermarkets close by for supplies) and bedding/towels are changed weekly - but the apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine etc.
The building is close to several large supermarkets so it makes shopping so easy and a short walk to the prom.
Would have no hesitation staying here again.
