My friend and I arrived at the hotel quite late, on arrival we were met by a lovely man, can't Remember his name but he did teach salsa!
He showed us to our rooms, they were next door too each other which was nice!
They were basic but clean, my friends air conditioning worked but mine didn't! I did ask for someone to look at it but they never did!
The only thing I was disappointed about was our rooms didn't come with a fridge! We were all inclusive but still would have been nice to be able to keep our water cold!
The pool area was small but clean.
We were the only English there, but again that didn't really bother us..
The staff were really lovely, sait the barman was couldn't have been more helpful...
He did speak quite good English!
The food was ok, but was very cold in the evening!
You get what you pay for in this hotel but bottom line is I would stay here again... as long as I had more money so I could eat out a big
More!

It is a cheap place and people mostly men staring at you. Overall helpful staff. Rooms are simple. Close to beach. I will not stay here in future. Good breakfast. Parking is quite difficult in this area.

Beautiful staff at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not too far from the beach. Bed and breakfast and halfboard available. Basic Turkish breakfast. Restaurant good. Overlooking Bar that is loud until 2-00 am and longer if the people are enjoying it. All music in Gumbet finishes at 4_00 am. Great hotel for the nightlife.... But if you want a quieter room ask for a room away from the noise. No lift at hotel so not for anyone with disabilities. I really like this hotel for the beautiful Turkish kindness. Airconditioning and safe available. Thankyou Vela Nova. This hotel is close to all bars and Disco's and many restaurants. So for party folk it's perfect at a reasonable price. If you don't like loud music this might be a idea to buy earplugs.

After having a fabolous time in Istanbul, we decided to go to Bodrum to relax. When we arrived, all the lights were off and there was no one at the front desk, after sea rching around for 15 mins, we finally found someone, who lead us to our rooms. The rooms were decent, fairly small, a non functioning tv and no carpeting. There was in room wifi, but it was extremely weak and you had to sit near the door so it would work. The view was beautiful and the food was great! Very safe place, but I did not enjoy it very much

arrived mid afternoon after buses from icmeler. shown straight to room after paying for our stay. bar did not serve Carlsberg but manager went out and obtained same and gave us two bottles free - after that l0tl per 50 cl bottle.( Cheapest we found in town was 13tl per 33cl bottle) Breakfast was plentiful but evening meal was the same every night so ate out. Bodrum & Gumbet very expensive compared all round to icmeler - but an enjoyable break just the same.
