Friendly staff, super confortable bed and pillow, just 8 minutes away (walking distance) to Victoria Station. I would like to refer to Ana and Fouad that have assisted with the reservation and during our stay.

+ The location is spot on, very central with easy access to public transport. 10 min walk to Tate Britain too!
+ The staff, all very friendly and helpful.
+ Air con in the room was a nice touch.
+ Great shower.
+ Great value for what you get.
+ Breakfast itself, continental and good coffee.
- The breakfast room, far too small. If you're an early riser it won't be a problem. We avoided it one morning as we knew we wouldn't get a seat heading for breakfast 30 mins before it closed. We we're in London for our anniversary, and we like a nice relaxed start to the day, not feeling guilty that we're taking up a table to finish our coffee so someone else can have their breakfast! I think this could possibly be improved by having some way of being able to take away the breakfast, grab 'n' go or just back to guests' rooms - we would have happily done that instead.

Very good value for money, friendly staff and clean room. Only stayed two nights - barely even in the hotel but when we were it fulfilled our needs. Good shower, quiet room and had breakfast included.
Would stay again. Thanks!

This was a last minute booking and I would have been happy with just a bed to sleep in. What I had was an immaculately clean well laid out single room. The room wasn't big but for one person I didn't need loads of room. The staff were friendly and so helpful. For the techies there are "Handys" to use when you are out and about.

Clean room with good beds but attached shower-toilet is too small. Hot water not available in mornings. Otherwise helpful staff and decent breakfast. Good location in Central London. Easy access to Victoria Station and for hop on hop off buses, and Buckingham palace.
